Cut down day was a push back on our talent evaluator extraordinaire

There’s no doubt that our new defensive coordinator looked at all of these stiffs that the great Will McClay has collected - over the years or had “unearthed-“ I’m laughing as I typed that.
And he said it’s time to start dumping these clowns.

The bravado of our new defensive coordinator to buck the system - to tell the cowboy brass - that you don’t know a hole from your *** - without a doubt rubbed off on our goofball tennis visor wearing head coach.

Schottenheimer spun around and sliced every wart out that McClay brought in and reset the franchise.

Hallelujah

Even at the sake of depth - Schottenheimer and Parker said ENOUGH of this Tom foolery.
Enough of the laziness - enough of the injured draft day sliders - enough of the 7th round miracle pics that the entire league passed on but somehow Will knew better - GONE.

Smell the air a new day upon us - it took Christian Parker to come in and say what the hell is going on here why are you all to Larry Lacewell again?

Hallelujah
Im not sure i agree with all your logic here. McClay is good at his job. However, Jerrys staff has had to many blunders the last few years. Too many -1st and second round misses. Jayden Smith, Randy Gregory, and schoonmaker were 5th round picks at best.
Mazi was a herrendous pick. Jerry risk/reward BS has snakebitten this franchise.
McClay inspite of Jerrys shanaggins has drafted some good players.

These cuts, this year seem spot on. I never was as excited about Blue, like many on this forum. Then again im not from Texas and didnt see him play College ball. Im sure he and/or Mafah will end up on the practice squad.

Hi praise for Parker so far, but really the turning point was last year when the cowboys drove off into a ditch and became an Absolute Laughingstock defensively. Previous defensive coordinator puppets were told to make chicken salad a out of chickenshyte and, surprise, they couldn't do it. This is the first year since forever that the defense hasn't had to settle for the measley crumbs leftover from the cap and lower round draft picks and bargain bin FAs.

I stopped reading at He is good at his job.

You know what people are missing about this thread this is a great day. This is a reckoning.

This is a new football team. This is a new mindset brought to you by Christian Parker..
I don’t know how good defensive coordinator he’s going to be, but he is at the very least transformed this football team into a sense of urgency on the field and off the field.

We doing all this because of roster cuts? I’m glad we all know OP is a headcase lol

Agreed. I mean the only surprises today was going a little short at RB, keeping Caelon Carson and Markquese Bell, and cutting Julius Wood. Not sure what the pushback from these moves is, if there are any at all.

And I am sleeping well tonight with those moves. Anyone paying attention in camp basically called probably 95 percent of this roster anyway.
