Look you may not like the guy and I really don't care who follows or reports about the Cowboys but he was right there was a deal it may not be big in some eyes but when you give up a 3rd round pick it's big enough to assume that's what he meant And also that is his job that's not our job I mean the way we run around in here everyone thinks they're GM's and Internet and coaches and they know better than everybody and yet you're not We are not anything close to that..

We do it but that is his job so he has responsibility to try to get ahead of something like this and try to be the first to report it I mean last I checked it is his job..

Sometimes media get things wrong I mean I watch TV and I hear a bunch of blubbering idiots talking about politics and religion and other things on TV and they're not always right they're having like round table debates that are all opinionated mostly they take bits of information and they make a giant's assumptions that is what the media do..
 
Honestly we have no picks left in 2027 to trade so only way something happens is if we trade players….

Welcome to the new reality of media yes there are guys all over Facebook that consider themselves media They have more access to the Cowboys than we do that makes them media I know we're jealous in some ways I think you're picking on a guy that can just basically call up the Cowboys and walk into the facility and have a talk with just about anybody there including Jerry Jones and I'd say that that's media it's not the same as big media used to be there's no such thing It is now a more social media that makes some media it's sports media regardless of how you want to classify it...

Used to have different names for it back in the day like sideline reporters there were beat writers they were like there were so many titles and names and now those people have broken off into social media some of them are mostly Facebook and Twitter but they have access to the Cowboys that we don't and I know that burns our britches at times but they are media that's what makes them media Even the guy here that somehow they don't allow news from he calls himself law i'm gonna just leave it at that He actually can get guys on his show that are actually players or ex players and he actually gets special media privileges at times he gets to be at practices and whatnot he can be in the facility that makes him media regardless of how you want to classify it..

Whoa there . Getting testy. I was just taking a jab at him in good humor. Of course he knows more than we, the layman fan. Yes, we are in a new brand of Media era. YouTubers etc. But I don't claim to be media lol. Just saying, It's been a coons age since we've seen him break a story before anyone else, of any consequence. Fish at one time was in the know, truly. But my, that was going back 25 years. He's fine a nice job adapting and just surviving. I will say this, his bar is very successful. He's done well. I tip my cap. But the guy has carried the Joneses water for a long time.

But it's true I'm not testy i'm blunt i'm straight to the point I make sure people understand this is the new reality we've been in for a while I just making sure that you know he is media and a lot of people are jealous of Jerry they're jealous of some of the media members but they bash them anyway but they got guys calling games on the sidelines at games like Mickey Spagnola people calling him some whipping boy some Jerry's mouthpiece but in the end fans are really jealous and just won't admit it they wish they were the ones doing that But you have to work hard in your life to even get where Fish is and get invited into that family over there to report on one of the biggest franchises in the world you..

As much as you want to be little the guy come on there's a little jealousy involved there that we're talking about it here he gets to talk about it for real..

How do you know some posters would not make a better GM than Jerry? Jerry would never get hired as a GM and he would have been fired long ago had he been working for another team in the GM role. I honestly dont know if some posters could have performed better as GM the last 30 years.

I'm not jealous. His job is in the media. I'm simply critiquing him. I wasn't trained to be a journalist like him so no jealousy. I retired from my own career and am now a caregiver and Dad. I'm literally saying, presently he's just entertaining and time to time, has insights about the 90s teams. He's better than ESPN , I'll give him that much. I got a lot more important things in my life to worry about than to be petty. He doesn't effect my life in the slightest. As long as we understand content creators and of his ilk, are more entertainment than sports reporters, then hey, I accept it.

no you misconstrued a text post lol.
I used to watch fish every day, I got mad at him over something and quit, but I still watch the ones that look interesting,or about a particular subject.
Fish is the only internet football show I watch .
