Will Caleb stick with 13?

13 is still Overshown to me.

Or Michael Gallup

Or Lucky Whitehead.

Or Dante Fowler.

Don’t like it at all. Would’ve rather he switched to #23 if he couldn’t get #2.

Roy absolutely sucked. And he might be my all time favorite for my Sooners.

He just couldn't cover anybody in the pros.
Lol. Your football evaluation skills are suspect.

He was good to borderline great for his first 4-5 years before he fell off.
First team All Pro in 2003.
Runner up DROY.
5 time Pro Bowler.

But to you “he absolutely sucked and couldn’t cover anybody”.

He got by in his big hitter reputation. Teams went right at him and got whatever they wanted. That's why he was gone pretty quick.

Lol. I would just stop commenting on Roy Williams if I were you.

“That’s why he was gone pretty quick”. Lol.

He literally played in the NFL for 9 years, but the average NFL lifespan is only 3.3 years. (THREE TIMES LONGER THAN THE AVERAGE PLAYER).

Yes, Roy Williams’ play fell off poorly at the end of his career, but the first several years he was absolutely on fire and one of the best safeties in the NFL.

He was a joke the latter half of that.

This isn't your game.

Just admit that you were wrong.

I already said that he fell off poorly at the end of his career.

But I also hope that every player we ever draft makes 1st team All Pro, is a runner-up for rookie of the year, makes the pro bowl 5 times, and plays for 9 years.
That would be fantastic.

Because I'm not.

He's the poster child for pro bowl by reputation. Big hitter who was terrible in coverage.

And again, as a huge Sooners fan, he might be my favorite college player of an time. Him, Billy Sims, Adrian Peterson, LeeRoy Selmon, and CeeDee Lamb.

Breaking his arm, returning in 4-5 weeks, I believe, and then injuring it again didn't help. He was made an example of by the league also. His type of play wasn't appreciated by the end of his career.

Any news on that front? Hopefully the jersey I bought my gran daughter holds up.
Like I mentioned (half-jokingly) months ago. 1 and 3 are the numbers before and after 2. On his jersey, the spot between those numbers is also where his heart is. So maybe it's just his way of doing it for fun. I'm gonna guess he's keeping 13. I doubt my overly sappy reason is true at all, but I still think he keeps it and makes a name for #13 as a Cowboy.

My brother......like I've posted many times before, simply get the nameplate and/or numbers VELCRO'd on.

Now if you bought a bootleg on the cheap it wont matter anyway because you can simply use it for oil changes or butchering a deer if there's a change
