Extend Rowdy.
Cannot do anything with Pickens for the time being; league rules. Honestly, with natural gas man you really never know what he is going to do.CB is questionable at the moment but a pass rush does a good job at hiding it. Either go get Maxx or resign Pickens. At the present moment and in a close playoff game I'm not sure this team beats the rams with the changes they've made. Got to make this defense more of an asset when this offense/offensive line struggles.
Things were too quiet. Might just be Jerry being Jerry and trying to create some headlines...
Definitely not B. Couldn't if we wanted toOr, since we're allowed to carry cap space over, it's probably A. In case we have an urgent need and B. Probably to help with a potential extension for Pickens.
They always rollover 20-25M into the next season.Interesting

Then we just could have not done it and teh cap space would have stayed in next year. Or if we needed to, we could have waited and if we still needed to restructure them we could have done it next year (plus Dak again and CeeDee and Tyler Smith, etc) and be a year further along into knowing we wanted to do so for each (no 2026 injury, make sure Bland bounces back, etc). It just seems totally unrelated to Pickens from a money aspect. Also, don't forget his year one cap hit if signed will be artificially low and the cap hit will be back loaded.I mean for next year. The cap move may have been to try to free up money for a deal next year with Pickens, which can (depending on the language of a deal) free up more space next year.
Agreeyou can’t have it all. if they really want to make a push at this then “*** them picks”.

Good, as long as he is on this team.Lol lol lol you're funny, no Stephen is funny! I can see them paying two top WRs big money. Stephen just mentioned it the other day, next thing you know Pickens will be the highest paid in NFL history lol
So they can get Maxx now. Quite easily
Trade for Diggs coming. Two firsts and a blockbuster contract...We can't possibly go into the season. this thin at cornerback.
Tell me I'm right.
Yeah, I think it's the flexibility for this year with the idea that at worst we just roll it into next year. The most likely scenario to me is the trade deadline one or even earlier if the trading team drops out of contention.I agree, but again, they are allowed to roll cap space into next year. I'm curious what they're doing, I don't know that they're going to do a major move right now, but I could see it being available space if we need to add more talent after a week or two.
I don't think they plan to. I think this is strictly to rollover to 2027.We cannot possibly consider giving up any further draft capital
Lets keep adding talent !Porter
