I’m convinced he’s on the autism spectrum. He spoke about emotions and the reporter said something to the effect of “that sounds very 3rd person like you are outside yourself”. That’s a pretty common experience for people on the spectrum. There are some other traits he shows as well. I think his personality is perfect for Philly. Now he just needs to learn to throw between the numbers.

I've always respected him as a person. Humble. Never gets rattled or retaliates. Gets pulled for Tua (which was the right move) in the National Championship. Takes it like a man and doesn't whine or complain. I was happy he won a Super Bowl, even though he plays a hated rival. He appears to have his head on straight.

Yea I don't think he's a great qb necessarily but he does have that........thing as far as being under pressure. Eli had it too. But it didn't hurt that he had an incredible team surrounding him. Moreso than any qb I can recall

Jalen Hurts has been an advocate for the autistic community since his time as a student/athlete at the Univ of Alabama.

While attending Alabama he voluntarily mentored autistic children on the quiet, without any hype or media coverage.

He continued his advocacy when he turned pro by becoming a prominent member of the Eagles Autism Foundation.

In addition, the young man heads his own charitable organization, the Jalen Hurts Foundation.

You and a few others in this thread who've either stated or implied that Hurts is on some autistic spectrum should reduce your social media intake.

Just because he's a humble dude that happens to be an introvert doesn't mean he has a medical condition...Carry On.

Jalen Hurts on personal level seems like a decent person imo. As a teammate I can see how he rubs people the wrong way sometimes.
I just hope he continues to struggle passing across the middle. That's his biggest weakness imo.

I’m basing my statement on his behaviors and the experience of someone who’s an expert in the field and their observations. Certainty not a diagnosis but a lot of his behaviors point to potentially being on the spectrum.
And it’s not about being an introvert there’s way more to it.
