Ha ha ha ha, I didn't realize you could blow leaves out of your yard with a paramotor. That happens at the very beginning of the video. The rest is about why you shouldn't fly through a cloud.

I love this guy's videos. He tempts me to take up paramotoring myself. It has the downsides of being expensive and dangerous. Plus, there are a lot of restrictions on when and where you can fly. The upside is it looks like a blast. And there's that other upside that you don't need a leaf blower or rake.

No, that's okay. I wouldn't feel comfortable asking other CZers for money. It also takes a tremendous amount of work to get trained so that you don't end up getting killed. I'll just enjoy that guys videos. I've already got too many hobbies.

I rode in a powered parachute about 25 years ago. It was freaking awesome. we didn't go up to cloud height though. You might look into seeing if there's a business near you that does it so you can catch a ride to see if you like it before investing. I believe they fall under the ultralight laws and are much more relaxed that regular air traffic rules.
