Yes and Klayton deserves all the accolades. Again why I feel Shotty has done an excellent job at hiring. Shotty was known as a pass happy coordinator when he was coordinator in past. He hired someone who was the offensive line coach for one of the best running teams in the NFL. They even each other out with play vs pass IMO. He also seems to be preparing him to be full time offensive coordinator by letting him call plays in the preseason.

Denver wanted this guy he had some injuries and we stole him. This guy could end up just as good as any of these guys.

I wanted that guy the year he entered the draft. I'm very familiar with his college career. The Tar Heels had another great RB that year named Michael Carter.

The offensive line was ranked 21st. It still amazes me that we were able to field a top 4 overall offense despite that.

The run game this year will obviously come down to the OL and Williams

Either he will prove his is that guy and worth the contract and continue to play the way he did last year

OR

He will be a lot less effective, miss playtime due to ‘injuries’ and prove last year was a contract year blip

No coincidence that the top two teams on this list faced the fewest rate of light boxes in the league. Having two elite level WRs is a massive advantage.

Our run game has not been good for quite some years now. Last years certainly looked much better. This o-line (and RBs for that matter!) still has something to prove.
