You're right and that's why people who think Barham is gonna be the starter is not true it will always be more snaps going to winters and overshone they will be the starters but Barham will get in there but anybody dismissing winters has not been paying attention He played all 17 games last year He got better every game and he may not be a prototypical middle linebacker but does it matter you need two really good linebackers that playoff the ball that can react and know what their job is and he is one of them barham's gonna take a while before he becomes a starter.

It can happen. Only time will tell. Its a building year for the defense imo. Im just hoping they can get into the low 20s by the end of the season.

Correct This is the same fan base that said Hitchens and Wilson were not a good linebacker group they were one of the best linebacker groups we had I have to remember way back and say OK when's the last time we didn't worry about linebackers those two played next to each other those two got cut those 2 went to Kansas City and Hitchens has a Super Bowl ring playing with the Kansas City Chiefs you don't have to be a big name you don't have to be a superstar you just have to play your position the way you were coached to do so..

That is Winters he reminds me of Hitchens hitchens was underrated it didn't matter because when he was here think about it he was one of the last linebackers that was here when we could say you know what he was healthy he was steady and consistent and he did his job..
