You don't cheer for ANY of our backup QBs.He was unclaimed by 31 teams.

need more cheese for your whine?Actually I know that's supposed to be funny but they had the same egg laying game last year in the SB. Matter of fact they had a week schedule and a soft playoff Run the The teams they face were not that good so they're kind of overrated.. Saying they're a bad team but they were already overrated they're just being exposed against better teams you know how that is right I mean isn't that what they say about the Cowboys beat up on the bad teams get a really good schedule and then lose all to the ones who are better than you..
You should probably want Seattle to take that L, but whatever.I couldn't ask for a better start to the NFL season, than with a Patriots loss.
A Cowboys win over the Giants on Sunday night will double my happiness.
There are 16 other opportunities for them to lose. You should probably want Seattle to take that L, but whatever.
Go Cowboys
I was hoping for a Seattle loss, and it looked like that would happen with their QB going down, but oh well! That Seattle D looks incredibly stout. You should probably want Seattle to take that L, but whatever.
Go Cowboys
What?Because we refused to tear it down and get some highly drafted studs. NE is good because they sucked for a few years.
Not many here cheer for our starter. You don't cheer for ANY of our backup QBs.
Exactly. I think the last time the Cowboys lost a game (only) because of Dak picks was probably his second season (2017) against Seattle. Maybe some others I am forgetting but wow, was Maye bad last night. Like you said it was like he channeled Zach Wilson.Dak gets a lot of criticism. From me as well. But after last night's game, good lord! I don't remember the last time we lost a game because Dak just chucked one up in the air for anyone to grab when a FG could have tied it.
I didn't get to see Maye play much last year. Just the playoffs. But watching him last night, that performance is why QBs like Sam Howell are career backups. Dude was trash. The last two picks was Zach Wilson brutal. Especially the last one. How the hell did he lead the team to a SB? I wouldn't give a 5th round pick for him.
The ball moved and at one point it looked like it was not in control by either hand.Other than the fact that they’ve since revised the rule about a half dozen times since 2014, that’s a catch under any under version of it.
Two feet down, secures ball, puts the ball away as he’s going down and survives the ground in complete control.
This one is as easy as it gets. The slight bobble up front and double clutch doesn’t matter because he clearly secured possession while his feet were down.
Maye is part of the reason they loss, but Maye wasn't playing on defense when that receiver took one to the house through the middle of the defense. No chance. Loss is on Maye
Yes....I know. Dak brings a little bit of that on himself. He can play so well sometimes, and then so bad other times. Not many here cheer for our starter.
It’s one game. Sheesh.Dak gets a lot of criticism. From me as well. But after last night's game, good lord! I don't remember the last time we lost a game because Dak just chucked one up in the air for anyone to grab when a FG could have tied it.

They feasted on scrubs last season and had the red carpet rolled out for them when Bo Nix went down. Maye in particular will need to step up and prove he can adapt against a more reasonable schedule.I couldn't ask for a better start to the NFL season, than with a Patriots loss.

He sucked in the playoffs as well. It’s one game. Sheesh.
I know he didn’t play well in the SB, which is understandable going up against SEA but how did he do in the other playoff games? I don’t rememberHe sucked in the playoffs as well.
It didn't though. He didn't pick it clean but managed to press it against his body, concentrate on getting 2 feet down in bounds. Then, ball under control, he moved it from two hands to one hand so he could brace for landing out of bounds. The ball never moved as he hit the ground, nor did it touch the ground so it was a solid catch. The ball moved and at one point it looked like it was not in control by either hand.
8 turnovers in 4 playoff games. Threw for a little over 200 a game. I think 6 tuddies.I know he didn’t play well in the SB, which is understandable going up against SEA but how did he do in the other playoff games? I don’t remember
