Aaron Rodgers says he's a big fan of Dak and doesn't understand all the criticism he receives

What’s your point here? What are you trying to get at? If you have a top 10 QB your floor should be 9-10 wins. How is that some controversial take?
My point was obvious in my first post. Stating that there is a floor of 9-10 wins with a top 10 QB is in direct contradiction of the premise that it takes a team to win. It obviously takes a team to win. Setting a floor for the QB doesn't make sense without considering the team around him. Was Prescott not a top ten QB last season? According to PFR all of these guys were top 10 QBR last season but did not meet your floor for a top ten QB. Purdy, Prescott, Mahomes, D. Jones, Burrow and Jackson. I think this clearly shows that you can't set a floor of wins for top 10 QB's, or QB's period.

So, are all those guys not top 10 QB's because they didn't squeeze 9-10 wins out of their flawed teams?

But wait, there's more.

You then post this.

Exactly. And they want be to contribute to this tired argument. I’m over it. It’s whatever they want it to be. It’s 2026 and people still don’t know or think it takes a team to win. At that point they just don’t want to know lol.
You contradict yourself in two posts made in rapid succession. You refute my point which is bolded above, then in the next breath make that very point which you just refuted.

You simply can't hold any QB to a win floor while simultaneously acknowledging it takes a team to win.

To use your own words from another of your posts in this thread, it seems wishy washy.

Of course Dak is "good"... There isn't much doubt about that.
Have you checked the logo at the top of the page?

If Dak had the same results but in a dolphins or raiders uniform he would be considered right next to Josh Allen (who quite frankly gets TOO much praise)
Good point about Allen. He's a great QB but he turns the ball over a lot. He's really done nothing more than Dak besides advancing a round or two farther in the playoffs before bowing out.

I stated last year was an outlier. Cowboys, Bengals, Ravens were bad defensively. More times than not these guys will get you to 9 or 10 wins even with a average or mediocre defense.

It’s just how I feel. Top 10 guys typically get you 9 to 10 wins. You don’t have to share that opinion.

I like how you worked Jerry Jones into the Cantina. I see Greedo was squeezed into the scene too, but I think I will give Jones his name as a second nickname, lol.

He really makes turnovers that would make Brett Favre say “huh?!”

And in Favre's case, a lot of his turnovers weren't the result of bad reads or not seeing the field. It was Favre's cockiness thinking he could fit the football anywhere and make impossible plays. Sometimes it worked, lots of times it didn't.

A few more tweaks

Added a mouse droid with a helmet
Added a neon sign behind the bar
Lombardi’s behind the bar

So when someone as experienced at the quarterback position like Aaron Rodgers says these things about Dak, then some guy here who didn't play football pass Pop Warner or high school football says Dak sucks and is below average.....

Who's judgment and opinion of Dak is more credible and holds more weight, a future HOFer, or some guy who never made it past high school football at best?

And im waiting for any of the Dak critics to sit here and try to convince us that they know more about NFL quarterbacking than a future NFL HOF quarterback.

Yeah but A Rog famously said that he is so competitive that he hates it when other QBs are successful (he never liked Favre either.. and vice versa).

So him "being a big fan of Dak" is kind of a backhanded sign of disrespect. He just sees him as a safe, squishy, non threatening beta

I never heard him say that about Brady, Manning, or Breese.

I just want to inform you that you don't have to tell lies to participate my guy. Lying isn't a good look on you.

Best thrower of the ball I’ve ever seen…..ridiculous accuracy from literally any throwing angle.
It's too bad so many only see other jerseys or off field issues. He is certainly among the very best to ever toss the pigskin.

I grew up despising Montana because of my allegiance. After I got older I realized that I should have appreciated his play regardless of the jersey. I love good QB play and will gladly give any of them their dues now.

I am starting to feel the same way about Tom Brady. Spent years thinking he was just a filthy cheater because I was so sick and tired of watching him in the Super Bowl year after year after year.

In hindsight, we had a front row seat to perhaps the greatest quarterback in the history of football's career. And a lot of us spent it hating him and rooting against him. Admittingly, at least in my case, out of jealousy.

With all due respect, just because you never heard him praise Brady, Manning, or Brees doesn't mean he never has.

The first play of his that I think of was against SF in a playoff game (pretty sure of that). It's one that I don't recall seeing in any of his highlite reels. He's retreating backwards rapidly with defender bearing down. He's probably already 15 yards behind the line of scrimmage & he flicks his wrist and you can tell the ball lauches with trajectory. At the time he throws it, the TV angle isn't showing anything down field. But a high ball into the heart of the D while running backwards seems like a recipe for disaster. Instead he drops it right into the bucket of a TE who's running away from him, between multiple defenders. Probably 35 - 40 air yards, maybe a little more. It would have been a great throw from a stationary position without pressure but in the situation, with a flick of a wrist, it was insane.

Thank you.

It's not just that I haven't heard him do that.... its that he hasn't done it.

My hearing or not hearing has nothing to do with it. Pigs have never flown helicopters in India while knitting a sweater. It's not just that I haven't HEARD of them doing that. ..it's because they HAVEN'T done that.

Same thing here with ARog calling Dak a loser in a round about way.

If Dak had any stones.... he'd go over to ARog's house right now and punch him in the head for saying that. He won't though.
