When Did You Buy into Camden Brown Making the 53-Man Cut?

I love the kid, but in the short term to me it's just a numbers game. You need a 3rd RB (I don't consider Luepke to be that) before you need a 6th WR. Plus, DeMercado is a proven good STs guy while Brown is a guy we are pretty sure can play STs. Long term Brown is the much better prospect.
Too small of a sample to say that for sure.

I thought he had a chance when I read at the 2026 Hula Bowl he ran a 4.33 forty.

Brown was making plays when other guys weren’t. That one guy made a couple of plays I forget his name. Thought Tyler Johnson looked like a pro’s pro as well, but he does nothing special and he’s like 28, just well rounded. But Brown was catching balls that a lot of people just aren’t capable of doing

He’s a big possession receiver. Good NCAA numbers.

Strong hands and can jump. 37 inch vertical.

Likely the reason he went undrafted is because he’s slow.

Below avg top end speed. Lacks route separation.
