This goes all the way back to 1971 when it was a 14-game season and the Cardinals we're in our division.

At that point division games made up over half of our schedule and we're very important they still are this game should not be taken lightly.

If we don't win this game there is absolutely no way we are winning or going to a Super bowl.

We had no defensive tackles and couldn't stop the run.

We tried everything we could to work around it but in the end when we won Super bowls we had some great players in the middle of our defense.

There can't be any excuses they've had the whole off season to prepare.

I wouldn’t draw any conclusions with a loss tonight, but yeah winning the division is essentially a must if you want to make a deep run.

Division game tiebreakers. Conference tie breakers are vital. This will hang over their head all season if it’s a loss, but it could very well happen. We have zero idea as to what they are going to run on either side. They at least have sort of an idea on us. I’m not trying to be negative but Dallas is going to have to match the intensity in this one. If nothing else, NY will be ready to play.

Division games are very important look at that game we let get away from us with the eagles last year CD lamb dropping all those passes

Teams that plan on making a deep run in the playoffs don't do things like that.

You absolutely have to be able to beat inferior opponents on the road especially ones in your division that impact your ability to make the playoffs.

Good teams do it bad teams let these type of games get away and they're sitting home watching the playoffs
