There was a lot to go wrong, and many players to blame. I will say the Dak int towards the end of the 1st half changed the game and put the team in a hole with the defense giving up a late TD. Take that away maybe it's a tie game going into the half.

I do think its fair to put some on Dak's shoulders, but with how the defense played its likely the Giants end up running out the clock and kicking a game winning field goal.

He doesn't have to be the biggest problem in each game. But he continually plays a part in why we lose winnable games.

But as I said in the game thread, he will have no part in the blame according to his legion.

The offensive production was a whopping total of 244 combined yards.
The offense did absolutely nothing to create pressure that would force Dart to be anything more than a bus driver capable of winning with an average offensive output of 357 total yards.
Run, use play action, throw to the flats, repeat!

he can see where CD & the defender are before he throws it. he just missed. like so many times before.

nope it was a bad pass. CD was between two defenders. CD could only go straight down the field. Dak misread it or just poorly threw it. One bad pass doesn't make or break the game though. early drops in the game really killed their momentum on offense. Dak cant doing anything about that.

Exactly, and that was the killer. Not to mention that the first three possessions were abysmal, and Dak had some bad misses prior to the TD drive. I think the offense had every ability to outscore the Giants. Like I said, I don't really blame the defence tonight. They had their hands full against a tough run game and managed to force a fumble on it. We didn't take the ball away a lot last year. And we really should have had at least 2 other fumble recoveries. I think those bounces will go our way another game. That pick by Dak though? I'd expect that from a rookie.

...which nearly took three additional minutes to cement. Minutes that were becoming more and more precious trying to secure a comeback win.

Even if it's 10-7 at halftime, I think there's still momentum to be gained from the fact that we wouldn't have turned the ball over ourselves shortly after taking it away. All in all, that pick made a huge 14-21 point difference.

All I know is there is always an excuse for Dak. For a guy taking up 1/4 your cap he doesn’t elevate the team. Sure he’s good…. He just isn’t great sometimes when he needs to be. He stat pads a lot vs average teams

Sure a lot of it’s the defenses fault. But i remember the years the defense was decent… and we made excuse after excuse for Dak.


The qb position is what you need in this league. And while we have a very good one I’m not sure he’s elite.

We better prepare for the future… cause Dak has what one year left after this year. Big qb draft next year better spend a first on a qb.

Defense was horrible, Dak was horrible w his 80 yards going into the 4th qrt, overall we sucked

Dak got ourplayed by Dart. Defense was atrocious and got lucky we only gave up that many point. Huge drops , stupid penalties and etc.

Now Dak certainly didn't play great nor was he terrible or was the main culprit howver you expect more than just "meh" at of your 60m quarterback

This game was over when we got down 2 scores. The boy wonder that the stains prop up, doesn’t do 2 score down comebacks. I saw that deer in the headlights look early this game.

The funny thing is, if you would ask them who the best quarterback out there tonight was, they would say "Dak," if they have the courage to answer

Dak spotted the giants 7 points before halftime. I don't care about the Pickens drop. Stuff happens. What is inexcusable is your 60 million dollar player doing something like that. That's an awful throw. Dak stat pads against bad teams, always has and always will. He's not a winning player when it counts most.

Why is there always so much hyperbole?

Dak had two possessions in the second half. They both mattered. They both resulted in tds. That isnt even close to "stat padding."

But.....get this... his interception was horrible and cost us 7 at the least, as well as a huge amount of momentum. Take that play away and who knows...

Yes, the defense is to blame but so is Dak and the 2 WRs with key dtops
