I know two Super Bowls that Bagman must've not watched.

Yeah Bagman saw Eli throw for a TOTAL of 3 TDs in 2 Super Bowl wins against a team with the greatest offense in the history of the NFL. Most other QBs would require Josh Allen-like efforts just to be competitive against those Patriots teams. Eli was very average. 1.5 TDs per game average. Big game talk all you want. THATS AVERAGE. But he was bailed out by an incredible defense. BTW...Just for the record, I met Eli at a card show and I think he's a great dude. Funny as heck. No personal agenda here

Like I said, I'm not going to defend Dak. He's proven to NOT perform in big spots outside of the Tampa Bay playoff game. But it's still a team game. There's a handful of guys with SB rings who stink but were handed a big opportunity with a SB quality
defense. Trent Dilfer, Brad Johnson, early Ben Rothlisberger, Eli etc ...

Exactly. Dak's record outside the NFC East when the defense allows 20 or fewer points, or 24 or fewer points:

Defense allows 20 points or fewer: 33-8
Defense allows 24 points or fewer: 38-13

...and before anyone asks, if the offense gives up points (e.g, Dak throws a pick 6) it does not count against the defense. So this is totally based on points the defense gave up.
