No it wasn’t. Reply from the side angle clearly showed the ball move after he landed out of bounds.

Well the Cowboys appear to get lucky there i'm not sure I thought that was a touchdown I mean the ball was moving a little both while he was catching it and then while he was hitting the ground but I'd be pretty irritated if that wasn't a touchdown for the Cowboys.
