Dak never makes the play

Expectations are absurd???

He's one of the highest paid QBs in the league. You guys prance around here calling him an upper level QB who apparently played awesomely today. And yet the expectation that when he drives his team for a winning score that he makes a play that actually gets them the GW touchdown is too high an expectation?

LOL, you have to be trolling.
Go back to the drive before that even, when we were up 4. Couple first downs could ice the game.Couldn't get it done their either

Yes, you can certainly not blame Dak for this...............

Is it hate, or is it that Dak would've won the game if he threw it to the receiver in the end zone? That was towards the end of the game; that is what is stuck in a lot of people's memory.
For the umpteenth time, yall expect perfect execution on every offensive play or “it’s Dak’s fault”. No amount of examples of other plays that were clearly not Dak’s fault even matter. Penalties on the offense, Ferguson’s fumble, Steele’s constant turnstile plays, and most notably the defense giving up massive yardage over and over.

Nope.

“It’s Dak’s fault”.

We just aren’t gonna agree.

Leading the offense to 31 points having no turnovers himself despite getting knocked senseless many times (thanks, Steele) OUGHT to be good enough to win games.

Historically, that’s been the case (90+% of the time).

So, there’s no point in discussing it. You see it your way and ai will see it my way.

At the end of the day, both sides played bad at various points of the game. The Defense and the offense. But, it would've been one of those heroic comeback games if we had the guts to throw at a wide open receiver in the endzone. instead, we did a throw away.

No we expect him to make plays when it matters the most. He's paid to make those plays. He had a guy wide open on 3rd down and he threw it like 10 yards over his head.

In what world are we not allowed to criticize the QB for that throw? Geezus, dude.

Anyone who concludes Dak didn't fail in that spot is not being logical.

Again, it doesn't matter what he did on the 3rd drive of the game. He's paid to be an elite QB who is to be counted on in those spots.

He failed. Doesn't mean he's the sole reason they lost. Or that the defense didn't suck. Or that we made a bunch of boneheaded mistakes. Or the coaches sucked too. All that is true including the part where our highly paid, supposedly top level QB didn't make plays in a crucial spot.

Again, how is this so controversial?
You expect perfection. You won’t get it.

I will die on this hill. 31+ points from the offense wins 90% of the games ever played, which means our defense - just like last year - gave up WAY too many points.

You think it’s controversial. I call it statistics.

You’ve seen me prancing? Get off my lawn!

OC Shotty called some terrible plays. Perhaps run the ball on the 2 yard line!!!!

LOL, no one expects perfection. They expect a supposed elite QB on three plays to be able to make one decent throw to get a TD to win the game.

Again to think that's an unfair expecation is so freaking wild.

We are not supposed to criticize the QB for this throw?

I don’t call him an upper echelon QB, the statistics show that he is.

Give him even a PEDESTRIAN defense and we win this game. I don’t know how it’s even debatable.
