I said before last weeks game I'd target him 15 times a game. He is unequivocally our #1 offensive weapon and arguably the #1 receiver in the game. Not taking advantage of that is bloodymindedness.

Yep. Shottenheimer sent GP on a post at full sprint several times, forcing the CB to just turn and run. It dragged the safety back with him leaving Lamb with a delayed release into the secondary right behind him.

Schottenheimer had a rough first half but he was cooking in the second.

Half of you wanted CD out of here last year and called Pickens the new Dez

Yup…they forgot the seasons CD and Dak had together the past several years….CD BIG productive. AND, we had the top offense scoring in 2023 with Cooks and Gallup as the number 2. We never needed Pickens, I can’t remember the last SB team that needed 2 all pro (and their contracts) WRs. D is more important than that.
CD gonna eat no matter who is number 2.
