The O-line held up against a very good Texans D-line

The O did really well in the 2nd half against one of the best Ds n the NFL. Our Oline played their butts off and gave Dak and the WRs time to get into their routes.

Each Oline player had at least 2 pressures in the first half of the Texans game. Cleaned up in the 2nd half but this unit is still an issue especially with the amount of pressure given at RT..

Their edge tandem is as scary as it gets, their DTs not so much. Rankins is an old-timer vet who's an OK starter but not a difference maker, kind of a Kenny Clark type. And I don't even know who their second DT is... a look at ESPN's depth chart makes it look like a JAG crew.

Anyway, Dallas bullied Houston in the run game (which was a lot more effective than the YPC box score shows), and held up well enough against the pass to get the win. You're not gonna stop both of their DEs, but they slowed them down enough.

Tommy Togai. Bullard type.

Agree, they've paid others so much they went w/ run of the mill DTs. Still, not having to pay their QB yet, don't see how they let the DT position go so far downhill.

Last year they were 4th against the run w/ big Tim Settle and a nice DT rotation w/ Fatusaki, Mario Edwards and Derek Barnett.
