News: ESPN: Cowboys' Prescott irked by stadium worker's callout after loss

It’s hard to play QB when you’re getting blitzed on every play and the OC had nothing prepared to counter the blitz. That will make QB’s look like crap. If I was Dak, Cee Dee, Pickens or any of the good players I’d be asking for a trade. Jerry’s damaged the organization beyond repair as long as he’s at the helm.
10+ yr vet......adjust for hot route while behind Beebe.....

.....or just keep throwing it away.....he is 50/50 on those this yr.....only 1 pik thrown

I'm sure they'll add it to their employee handbook ..

"Be sure not to say anything mean or critical to players .. they have very weak egos and making them cry might cost you your job!"
So, why is it against the rules to question a Mod? Isn't that the same thing

Because people publicly questioning a mod are not doing it to question a mod, they're doing it to get others to join them in attacking the mod. It's all about attention and ego, not sharing an opinion.

I and the staff regularly get questioned and insulted about things privately usually on a daily basis yet those members are still here posting.

None of us are paid millions of dollars to play a game though.

Dak would get 1000% more respect if he came in and said, “yeah I agree it was an embarrassing game for us.”

Now he just looks like a pansy telling on the guy. Grow some balls Dak. We know you got none on the field when it matters.

Yep, regional vp of ops....and I got here by listening to the feedback of my peers and employees on ways to make things better, and doing something about it...and it wasn't always delivered in a way that was gentle or how I wanted to hear it. I've fired plenty for insubordination, but never for criticism. Guess I just have thick skin
Isn't this insubordination? There's a time and place for criticism....would you allow a contractor to come in and question one if your right hand men, in front of bunch of strangers. That wouldn't bother you, seriously

So it's all about Dak? Then start a Dak HateZone....I'll see you there

LOL........nah
Employees communicating with players invite many levels of risk..........

Doesn't matter, if I allowed my staff to tell off a parent, fan. Cuss at a player because he got caught up in the moment, that's a reflection of me. Damn right, I'm gonna can him or her. This contractor could lose his job and more employees that were smart enough to keep their mouths shut, will lose their job, because of this guy? Would you really allow that to happen? If a mod went rogue and put your license in jeopardy. What would you do? Seriously?
There is a difference between "telling off" a parent or fan, and telling a 60 million dollar a year player that his performance was an embarrassment. If you can't see that, which it looks like you can't, I would agree with the other's statements on this. Not every level of mistake by someone in your organization deserves the same punishment.

Should he have done it? Probably not. If he was a member of my staff would I have spoken to him about it and handled the situation? Absolutely. But to handle it the way Dak did, in the moment, was completely out of line and classless itself.

BTW I don't think money has anything to do with it.Dak reacted like any man with a pair would. No one likes to be called out, especially in public. He didn't know who that guy was or what he did, maybe that's why he kept looking at him or maybe be wanted to see if the guy had the ball to keep talking

It's not about Dak with me. He's just the one in this case that reacted.

I would have said the same thing if it was Lamb, Schottenheimer or even Aubrey.

Don't play like crap and no one will have a reason to call it out.

If rich players' egos are that fragile, they shouldn't be playing in the NFL.

Somebody got Disrespected.

We are living in a Romeo and Juliet world.

Honor demands that swords must be drawn.

The impudent serf must be struck down!

The consequences may be the same, that's my point. You and the others don't seem to get it

It’s not insubordination to say the truth, a good boss knows the difference between the two. If you have a outside contractor or a low level employee who tells you the truth you reward them even though it may hurt your feelings or a manager’s feelings. The only way to improve your business, is to keep dialogue open good and bad, you seem to have missed this important lesson.
