Quinnen Williams, Kenny Clark, and Joey Porter Jr didn't get dumped. They required premiums draft picks or players. Maybe Dee Winters. And Caleb Downs was hyped by some the best player in the draft last year.

Eberflus would have given his 3rd leg to have Parkers current roster.

Given all the new coaches and all the new players and a new system for all the players and now the injuries........

I'm not listing excuses just saying that sometimes things happen for a reason.

its the fundamental mistakes he is making that makes me think he simply does not have it
when you got a situation like we had the last game, you do everything you can to rattle and confuse a young QB like that. He did nothing

And to be clear, I was never a fan of Uberpuss but when I saw some here literally put 100% of the blame on the Flus, it got too disingenuous.

1. You hired me to do a job. It’s a complicated system and I told you it would take time. It’s only been 5 games.

Then make it less complicated, and fast. You're system could be completely flawless, but is still junk if 11 guys can't execute it as a team. Plus this is the NFL, not the MLB or NBA. With only 17 games on the entire schedule you don't get 5+ games to get it together.

Let’s say Parker says this:

2. I told you what I need to succeed. To your credit you moved OSA for me and let me add several players in this draft, and I think we got some legit players but they are young. I told you there would be growing pains. But with playing time they will improve.

These aren't growing pains....It's the worst defense in the league, and it's been the worst againg a fairly easy defensive scheudle....NYG 27TH ranked offense. WASH 19th. HOU 14th. BAL 5th. TB 22ND. We've failed against all 5 opponents this season and only one was really better than middle of the pack.

Welcome to the NFL son. You're roster is almost never healthy. What have you done schematically to help these depth players perform?

Excellent...I drafted you several players who can positively impact this defense....so why is it so bad? We used our top 3 picks on the defensive side of the ball and 5 out of 7 overall picks...not to mention weve spent a 1st and 2nd rounder on Qunnen Williams, 4th on Gary, a 2nd on JPJ, a 5th for Winters, and you're complaining about us selecting an offensive tackle in round 4?

5. I didn’t choose Bland, Revel, Steward, or Bell. But that’s who I am playing with.

When you accepted this position these became your guys. We went above and beyond to overhaul the roster for you, but very few NFL DCs have selected all their players. NFL rosters will never be perfectly tailored to your scheme. The expectation is that the front office got 80% of this roster filled with guys you wanted. I need you to tweak your scheme to make it work with the other 20%.

Its why I drafted him....If we got you such a fantastic player why are we struggling to hold teams to under 30 points?

7. I don’t know how I can win with ends that won’t stay home and contain. I’m not coaching them to play like that, but they can’t seem to follow instructions. I’m trying to work with them, but I’m going to have to bench them to make a point at some point, the problem is that the guys behind them aren’t any better. The rookie has promise (Lawrence) and Houston can rush the passer a little but they will run on him.

If you can't control your players then you're failing has a coach. Are you not able to discipline your players for not following instruction? Do they not you enough to follow that instruction? Maybe the issue is these players don't believe in these scheme you're trying to sell me on that just needs more time?

8. Winters hasn’t been the player I thought he would be. That’s on me, but he is the least of our problems. I wanted one of those linebackers at the top of round 4 that I knew would be good but you guys didn’t take one. I understand why, but I still have holes at linebacker.

Sorry we didn't give you 100% of the draft picks and free agency money this year. What's concerning to me is why he appears to have taken a significant step back from his time in SF. We've gone out of our way to acquire a high performing DT group with Williams/Clark and then added Ogbonnia and Overton to help these LBs run free. Didn't realize you couldn'ts succeed without pro bowlers at every position.

I am a little disappointed in you throwing in the towel so quick. In your interview with us you spoke extremely highly of Overshown and talked about using him at multiple positons including the edge spots. You also just spoke about your concerns with Winters and we have a viable player who can help with that pain point, but you don't even want to explore it?

We used 5 draft picks on defense including two 1st rounders and our 2nd round selection. We let you pick Thompson, Ogbonnia, Locke, Durant in free agency. Traded for Gary, traded for Winters, added Von Miller. Now we just spent another premium pick on JPJ. Why are we still several players away? In this converstaions you've told me our DBs suck, our Edge players suck, we only have 1 viable LB....what the heck did I spend all these resources on to have problems at every level of the defense? If something doesn't work on defense we can look to fix it, but if nothing works I'm looking at the guy in charge of the defense.

I have let you do your job all off season and now through week 5....I already regret it. When does the change begin?

If you look at the additions the Cowboys made, theyre basically playing with the same exact roster as last season. Those guys are hurt, and I get it but the defense still shouldn't look this horrible. Giving uo a 3&21 and a 3&28 is inexcusable.

we have added several pieces we did not have last year. so no its not the exact same roster

Parker is like the child you have that is constantly underachieving and each time you threaten to beat some behind if he doesn't straighten up, you give in with one of those, "THAT A BOY", even though you know in your heart you're going to have the same conversation next week!

Jerry thinks he is entitled to win immediately simply because they finally decided to go into their version of that mode.

What he doesn’t get is anything he tries isn’t going to work because they are in way over their heads and have been all along. That’s not going to suddenly change.

Not that I didn’t like the Micah deal, but that was a true “win now” move by GB. The team on the other side can’t be in the same mode. They are just all over the place with everything and that’s likely due to having so many voices since the top decision makers need their opinions given to them.

The fact you got a former coach telling you from back in August ...the signs of failure are there...ought to tell you something is wrong with our practice habits. Either Schotty doesn't see it....or he's letting the details slide....In either case.....that's a problem that needs to be addressed.
