This organization is so unlikeable

ok? You asked a question and I answered. Not sure why you got offended.
I said most players are not winners and don’t all come from winning programs. You posted that Dak’s high school team made the playoffs in response to that. I am pointing out that while they may have made the playoffs, they LOST in the playoffs and never won a championship. Which was my entire point

But keep defending these losers if you must. 31 years of being losers and counting

31 years and you chose to focus on Dak. Deflecting blame from the JONES BOYS I can't fathom.

Dak is becoming more and more unlikable. My problem with him was always his play. I always thought Dak was a good guy personally. The more he talks the worse I feel about him. He talks big and never backs it up. He wants to get mad, he should be mad at himself or the team. I remember a few weeks ago when he was talking about the fans. Now this. Dak made this a story. Dak just should shut up.
I really liked Dak when we first got him he was rough around the edges but he worked on his craft diligently and we got very good value while he was on his rookie contract .
Then he got paid and pretty much hit the wall of getting better he plateaued and was only able to deal with a certain amount of pressure.
I tolerated and understood that even but now with the bragging about the greatest offense there is and this last stunt along with making a king's Ransom that keeps us from adding more talent to the team and his excuse it's for the brotherhood

Stuff just keeps piling up with this guy and I'm really starting to not like him at all

Your not here for football

I’ve been a fan of this team for over 40 years and I’ve never been more embarrassed than now and it has nothing to do with wins and loses.

No matter what happened on the field there were always players that you knew were good guys, played the game the right way and actually cared.

There is nobody on this team like now.

Maybe it’s a sign of the times and just the way the League is now but it’s quite obvious that the players don’t care about fans and, in fact, actually have disdain for them.

You have an owner who threatened to fire a radio host because he had the nerve to ask him a tough questions; this mindset has permeated down to the players. Two years ago, Diggs told a reporter “Deez Nuts” when his effort was questioned, and rightfully so after refusing to get his nose in there and tackle a guy running upfield, acting like a adolescent child. They drafted a DL who said that he didn’t even like football, he just likes to hit people. They traded for a guy, Gary, who after a game, is jumping around, swearing walking into the tunnel after finally making a few plays while his play has been pedestrian since he got here.

Then you have Dak. Here’s a guy who it should be easy to root for. From his meager upbringing, to his brother, to his injury, to being the starter of the Dallas Cowboys, it’s now obvious that he’s just like all the rest. While his play on the field has always been up and down, the one thing you could say about him was that he was a good guy,

Not anymore.

Leaving his personal life out of this, the idea that he actually told a security guard to get rid of someone who uttered the word embarrassing to him and actually stared the fan down while trying to be a tough guy, is just the icing on the cake. I get it, in the heat of the moment, directly after a tough game, you might not be in the best mood, but it didn’t stop there. He had time to shower and use time during his post game presser and actually went after the guy again; doubling down on his mistake. And add to the fact the organization obliged their pampered “star” quarterback, it speaks volumes of the culture rot imbued at The Star.

The whole team is full of bums, thugs, losers and quitters.
I agree 100 percent though the Campo era Cowboys came close in terms of unlikability. Aside from a select few remaining links to the dynasty (Darren Woodson, Larry Allen) that roster was just...bad. And off the field it wasn't any better, from Dwayne Goodrich speeding through an accident scene and un-aliving people to Darren Hambrick's "what do voluntary mean" and Quincy Carter's blase' attitude...I mean yuck.

I know a lot of people disagree with me, but I always felt what made 2016 Dak special, was probably coached out of him. In 2016, it looked like he had Romo like instincts in the backfield to avoid the sack, and he already threw the ball to a receiver before crossing the line of scrimage when he had someone chasing him. Plus, he didn't panic. I mean you see him panicking against the Giants in the season opener of the regular season, that should tell you right there he won't have what it takes when the pressure is up in the playoffs.

Thugs? What thugs are on the team? You guys love to throw that around loosely.

Funny you think this team is unlikeable but im assuming you had no issue in the 90s rooting for the cocky scum bag thugs who played for this team lol. There was no one more arrogant than Prime or Irvin. You just didn’t didn’t care because they won.

But hopping on a soap box because these guys are “thugs” or bums is silly lol. Just say you don’t like them because they aren’t good.
i wish we had some more thugs.

that would require effort to actually intimidate somone on the field.

alas. just a team full of talkers who paid well and dont care

I absolutely loved Dak and Zeke in 2016 and I had the most hope that year that I've had in 30 years I thought we had caught lightning in a bottle.

That was really a fun year Dak had so much potential and he used everything in his skill set to try and be successful even though his passing was not as accurate as it got to be later on he would still do whatever it took to move the chains.

Now he is tentative and hesitant and very scared of failing.

Radiates through his whole being and comes straight out of his eyes.
When the pressure gets to a certain point he's just like a kid with Buck fever.

That said this whole greatest offense there is thing really ticks me off.
It's nothing but bragging with nothing to brag about he doesn't realize he's the limiting factor in the offense.

Nah I’m not blaming dak. My point is Jerry and the jones ARE the problem. Quit getting players that don’t come from winning programs. Go get guys that are winners. And not losers. If the team is made up of players and coaches that aren’t used to losing, then they won’t accept this mediocrity that Jerry has the team in

But see that is exactly what you’re doing. By saying that. As if we haven’t had Super Bowl champions here. Parcells and Mike won SBs here. Culture got a little better under Parcells but Jerry being Jerry couldn’t resist screwing up what was built by adding TO.

I guess my argument is a guy like Lamb was a winner before here. Caleb Downs as well. Most of these guys have won at some level. They don’t bring the culture down coming here the culture brings the players down.
