Honestly I don't know what bland can do. He can join the practice squad until he earns a spot on the 53. If his feet are not right, stash him on ir and cut him next summer.

I’m not sure he can cut at all, anyone who makes a basic move on him he is falling over. So either the foot is not right or he is out of position

I never understood the love for Bland. Had an awesome season of picks/touchdowns but has been less than average in coverage otherwise.

Seems like he has lost a step and has no confidence.

I think he has asked to stay outside - the feeling is he can use the boundary to help. Hasn’t worked out well that for sure.

Prior to 2024 Bland actually graded out well in coverage. Since his foot issues started three years ago he's been bad.

We are almost to the point that a blind quadriplegic should be starting over Bland. Yes. I realize that’s a bit of an overstatement but I’m not high on Bland right now.

I’m not sure that the inside is the place for Bland either. But they do need to do something different with Bland. I’m thinking the most likely scenario is not playing him.

I agree.

Bland is just bad.

And contract or not, this team doesn’t need to be forcing him onto the field.

Other guys are playing better and deserve to be out there.

Let Bland ride the bench until he gets it together or you inevitably release him in the offseason.

But stop putting a liability on the field.
