OT tackles allowing only 7% pressure rate

Hard to believe, but if you think about, they have not been that bad in pass pro. When they mess up, it's bad but It hasn't been that often. 7% is about 1 out of 13 pass rushes.

The film and eye test says otherwise.....we all saw the TB Blitz. Those stats are as crooked as the carnival man handing Opie the rifle to ping the target.

this cant be . the dak apologists blame the OL .
I would say in the Tampa Bay game that it's fair to blame the pressure for part of the failure. However, I don't feel that was scheme as the Bucs attacked with blitzes and simulated pressure from all over and we just didn't seem prepared for what they were throwing at us. We didn't recognize it, we didn't pick it up and we didn't counter it.

It's not on the OT if he's blocking down on a lineman and someone blitzes off the edge to hit the QB. I think this is only counting the defenders who are engaged by the OTs.
