Shotty may not be the answer. But I don’t know how we will know if he is the problem or not. Bland is like burned toast. We need another linebacker. Even with the handicap on defense the defense played well enough to win tonight.

Dak gifted the Packers multiple ints. He did his defense no favors tonight. Dak is reverting back to deer in the headlights Dak, with no clue what he is doing.

The question I have is how do you pay a QB $64M per year that gets shell shocked about half the time. It’s maddening. Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

There isn't a quality coach in this league or college that would work for Jerry Jones.

They have the stories of three Super Bowl winning coaches who tried to implement their plan for success and they were derailed by Jerry Jones every time.

Jerry Jones wanted to control the football related decisions rather than rely on the experience and expertise of proven winning HCs, Johnson, Parcells and McCarthy did not get fired. They walked away because they knew their efforts would be wasted by the interference of an owner who wanted to take credit for those efforts.

Jerry adopted the business model that if you worked for him then any success you had was proprietary and therefore belonged to him.

No up-and-coming young coach is going to accept those terms and shouldn't.

They were never down by more than 2 scores in this game and you throw the ball over 50 times against the worse run defense in the league coming into the year?

The burnt timeout in the first half. Saving Green Bay from getting the penalty? Made no sense.

Zero adjustments to the offense. Poor clock management. Can’t win a challenge to save his life.

The man doesn’t do anything well. He’s garbage.

Schottys far from perfect but this team is built to win games off the 2 main WRs. When Dak is off the defense can focus on just suffocating the run.

Blaming coaches is what gets radio hits, social media likes and message boards fired up. These coaches didn’t just forget how to use Pickens overnight.

Schotty sucks. His team is below average. Undisciplined and soft. He gives us zero coaching advantage between and during games.

They hired him because he was already in the building and cheap.

That said, fire him or keep him. Makes no difference. The next guy will the same. Could even worse. The same guys who hired Schotty will also hire the next guy.
