True. I've seen people die from that alone.

This, my wife just told me my blood clots started out in my legs but then went to my lungs like Jalen’s did. He could have died without a doubt on that plane. The doctors gave my wife all sorts of play outs. January this year wasn’t a good month for me.

I hope for Jalen's sake that he can get these clots cleared, and that this isn't the end of his NFL road. At the same time, he could be on blood thinners for life, and then there's no way you could clear him for a full contact sport.

He's in a bad place, and none of this was his fault. All you can do is hope for the best.

Could be but hopefully after a couple of months, they will do an ultrasound on him after being on the blood thinners and see if they are still there, by God’s Blessing mine were gone.

Wow! This is horrible news for Jalen. This is a serious situation - thankfully the doctors found the clots. Our prayers and thoughts are with Jalen to make a full and healthy recovery.

This happened to me two years ago. I almost died from it. This was due to an external cause of “which we do not speak.” I am guessing his is due to the same cause.

I wish him a speedy recovery. I am not the same since my ordeal. He may done with football permanently. Seriously.

Jesus!! That's terrible. I feel for the guy. Having blood clots in your lungs is a very serious issue!! The clot could break off and travel to the heart and cause cardiac arrest!! This could be a longer term issue, as well. He may need to be on blood thinners for a long time.
I hope he gets the proper treatment, and pray that he will not have long-term effects.

I am on permanent blood thinners due to the same situation.

This happened to my father. All things considered with the right doctors and proper maintenance which he will get- he should be fine.

Hope he has a speedy recovery
