I just don't think Jerry can fire Schottenheimer even though I think it is necessary for this team to move forward. But let's be honest. Is the defense any better? It is the most most underperforming unit on the team. Special teams stink pretty much too. The entire coaching staff needs to be fired. Jerry needs to hire a real HC who will pick his own coordinators and coaches. But realistically, that cannot happen until the end of the season. There is no one on this staff today that can be the HC at this point - another failure of Jerry's Always have a backup plan for your coaches and coordinators.
