Man this kid can play he has good foot work. It would be great to see him with a star on his helmet in that #12 jersey.

in my wildest dreams I could never see us WASTE picking RGIII
Landry Jones is physically superior to Heupel, Hybl, and White. I thought he was overrated the previous two seasons, but his play so far this year has really impressed me.ghst187;4171560 said:Landry is not nearly as good as Bradford was IMO. You also have to consider the plight of OU QBs in the NFL, all of which have been coached up by the same staff in the same system:
Josh Heupel: wins NC, doesn't last through TC in the NFL
Nate Hybl: statistically one of the top qbs in the country....no NFL
Jason White: wins Heisman, statistical monster...no NFL
Sam Bradford: should've won NC, top NFL pick, looks like a developing star
so hard to tell which category Landry will fall into. I suspect he'll play in the NFL and probably start somewhere eventually but I don't get the sense he has the elite gene like Bradford seemed to.
