I expected to see physical attributes that would lead me to believe he was a receiving mismatch as a tight end.

So far he just looks like an underneath possession guy. Dime a dozen type.

And the knock on Witten coming out of Tennessee was that he was nothing more than a receiving tightend ....how has that worked out....don't judge rookies in their first season especially in their third preseason game, because rarely do they come in and be great players in their first year ........everyone knew Escobar was going to need a lot of work in the weight room, strength also mean explosiveness..

Witten was an absolute beast in college.

And you can judge a players potential abilities as a rookie. I don't need to wait to see the potential or lack there of.
