Dallas needs to make statement or get out of way

If Dallas has any mettle to them, they will respond to Eagles taking 1st place from them. They could also put Giants season in serious jeopardy. Its time of year for pretenders to step aside and for contenders to make a statement. Two weeks this team has had to prepare for this game. No excuses. Dallas then gets Raiders - so Dallas absolutely should be 7-5 heading into big monday night showdown with Bears in Chicago in week 14.

They have made two statements in the last three games.

one was the coaches having no guts by running the ball against Detroit and the other was the players on this team just going through the motions in that fourth qtr in new Orleans.

those are statements and they are loud and clear.

Its over for this staff, this group of players.

the only ones its not over for are the jones's.

The only things that work at a high level at AT&T Stadium are the cash registers.

Aren't we here every single season? I'm sure we'll insert some special routes for the giants so we can get the ball down the field, and hopefully we'll quick hit the middle along with pitching the ball outside. That said, this defense without Lee could be horrid. Trust me, Eli will go deep early and often. Anyway, I see us winning 2 games at best..

They've had one really bad loss all season. Come one guys, they could pull it together enough to make this a game. Missing Lee and Waters are killers, but I wouldn't completely throw in the towell

Theebs may have been the most positive, supportive Cowboy fan on the board. He moved to Texas and got season tickets because of his love for the team.

The fact that even he has gotten to the point that he is critical of the team in this manner underscores how bad things are with how the franchise is run.

Theebs is one of the better fans the team has.

What is it with you going into these threads and attacking every post that you think is negative? Does Jerry pay to do that? Also, please add me to your ignore list as well, at least I'll have good company there with theebs. But I won't put you on ignore, I get too much pleasure reading these types of posts from all the shills.
 
Agreed. Not sure we will 'get out of the way' but there is a chance that the Giants will simply go right through us...

There is some truth to this but for many here this season is shaping up to be just like the last 2.

The laughable giants all of a sudden are on a 4 game win streak, i cant remember when the cowboys last won 3 games in a row. The eagles are playing better on both offense and defense. And with the injuries now at LB and the Offense stumbling its way through the past few games it sure looks like the cowboys are about to do their annual swan dive.

There is a good chance that the cowboys are going to be tied with philadelphia or maybe even a game behind and will need that week 17 game as a win or go home game - just like the last 2 years.

And on top of that, for me at least, they are aggravating to watch play. There are teams that are just real entertaining to watch and even in a loss you come away thinking what a great match that was (like the denver game).

But most games you try to get excited for kickoff and as the game goes on you feel hope slowly slipping away as if the life is being drained out of the team right in front of you. Reminds me of the peanuts cartoons with charlie brown pitching - he's always excited to play but towards the end he looks down trodden and worn out. That is how the season seems to go for this team and the saints game really was as ugly as it gets.

Can they bounce back, sure why not..... The Giants are not world beaters and neither are the eagles, or any other team left on our schedule. But the feeling i have in my gut is that something is certain to go south at the end.

There are a lot of fans that are in misery right now and want to get others to join them on their misery bandwagon. Thats not me, im just not finding confidence in this team right now.

Cowboys beat Raiders and lose all other games until mathematically eliminated. Then they will win the rest if any are left.
This team is a disgrace and due primarily to a void in leadership. Players are accountable too but I can't tell where the poor leadership stops and the players start.
