Dez Bryant tells TMZ Sports ... he would NEVER consider playing for another team in the NFC East -- because he wants to spend the rest of his NFL career on the Dallas Cowboys!!!

The wide receiver was ballin' it up at the Gridiron Celebrity Hoops charity event in Harlem yesterday when we told us straight up ... he doesn't even WANNA THINK about playing for another squad.

"I don't even think about leaving Dallas ... I'm Dallas forever. It's gonna stay that way."

We also asked him to name the best owner in the NFL -- let's just say he gave the right answer if he wants to stay in the Big D.

It's mildly reassuring to know that Dez knows the right answer to those kinds of questions.

I wonder if he is going to give us a hometown discount on his contract extension?

Remember all the cut him, he's a bum crap? For shame Zone Heads.

I remember the "he has more pride crap" for walking off the field. And it wasn't cut him, it was trade him. hopefully he will learn his routes this year so we can use him in more than 1 set.

Great post. Excellent contribution to the discussion.

#DatSarcasm - My post fits in with the rest of the garbage that's on this website now. Inmates running the asylum.

It was cut him, trade him, disgrace to the #88, on and on and on. If we had more players like Dez Bryant and Sean Lee that kind of passion. We'd win us some damn football games. (I know that's simplistic, but you get my point.... I hope) (maybe that's giving the Zone too much credit.)

Wait this can't be true, I thought he was surely going to leave this crappy team! That's what all the experts here proclaimed after every Cowboys loss.

So why post here anymore? Are you just around to inform everyone the error of their ways? Are you on a crusade to save people?

Disagree with the way the site is moderated? Simple. Stop posting.

There is a proper way to troll, and honestly you need to get a little better at it.

No, there really isn't a proper way to troll. Crusade to save people? C'mon.

All I did was point out the absurdity of people wanting to cut/trade/lynch Dez Bryant in his first couple of years as a Cowboy.

You were the one with the sarcastic comment about it being a 'great post'.

You appear to be trying fairly hard in multiple threads complaining why things are where they are and so forth.

And yes, plain and simple it was a "call out" to an opinion you did not like.

I would say you have an "agenda" but that is pretty much one of the more overplayed buzzwords on these message boards.

You appear to be 'calling me out' for no reason other than to start some kind of useless back and forth. I don't take this board seriously anymore and see it for what it is.

If the moderators of this site do not want me on here anymore, they can ban me. Oh, I'm sorry... bench me.

Dez, your agent's on the phone. He sounds pissed.

You can make that joke, but you know when it comes down to dollars and cents, players rarely give the "hometown discount". Dez is saying what he believes to be the right things, but if he is "disrespected" with a contract offer below a top WR pay, he will bail.
