Hey just need some advice. Made a bet for a lot of money that I could get to 225 lbs by April 1st. I'm at 260 lbs atm. I'm about 6'3" work out everyday. Just looking for some advice on how I could do it safely

You have to come up with a combination of cutting calories/working out more that comes up to around 2000 calories a day. If you already work out a lot, then you need to cut back on the calories.

Yes .. I'll take the league minimum too..

Done that before. . Hate that diet. .. I may do it starting march though if I'm not under 245 by then

I didn't like it either but it's the fastest way to lose weight in addition to exercise. Are you looking at a long term weight loss solution or just dropping it for the bet lost?

Losing that bet would be a swift kick to the nads. You'd lose some cash and still have the weight. If I were you, I'd lose the weight

I just got over a stomach virus that is sure to knock off 5 pounds in a few short days! :(

If you like to eat and not work out much you have no chance, otherwise cut calories to a maintenance level and workout to get to calorie deficit, or just cut your calories to below maintenance and you'll lose that way.....losing weight is the "easy" part, body re-comp is much more difficult.

Organ donation is a great suggestion. How much does kidney + appendix + tonsils weigh, anyway? I'd start with those. If that doesn't work, I'd look into keto. It's the easiest way for a guy who works out to begin with to get good results quickly.

Insert sufficient warnings and suggestions that you only do anything diet related with the advice and consent of your physician, here.

Long term no doubt . I use to be a lot better in shape .. didn't realize I weighed that much until Saturday when I stepped on the scale

Caloric deficit by diet or exercising, or both. Make friends with myfitnesspal and install it on your phone. Track your food.

I lost a total of 85 lbs in 2013. Here's what I did that was consistent everyday.

Breakfast: Quaker Instant Oatmeal with a cup of Green Tea.

Lunch: Can of Tuna with added Olive Oil.

The rest really varied but you obviously know what's healthy to eat or not.

35 lbs to lose in 8 weeks = 4.3 lbs per week. Gonna be tough.

Thanks guys. One last question. . Should I weigh myself daily, weekly or something else?
