In the book Wheat Belly there are very good arguments for not eating products containing wheat.

Yep, one of my buddies always gets on my case b/c I don't have a weight loss goal per se, so I don't use an actual diet.

My response is just "well what happens when I get down to 240 or something, do I just stop?"

Healthy weightloss is a lifestyle change, no more, no less.

$5 is still too much money to read about what I should eat. You can figure out how to eat healthy for free on the internet.

Learn how to jump rope. Floyd's footwork is incredible. I'm going to start warming up with some jump rope.

If you haven't tried a green smoothie you may be surprised. Blend about a pound of baby spinach, water, two frozen bananas, frozen organic berries and pomegranate, and some frozen pineapple in a vita mix and it's very filling and tastes good.

Her son is doing a new documentary called the powered by green smoothies where he has a bunch of extreme sports athletes not change anything in their routine except to drink one quart of green smoothies each day and document the results.

You can't target a specific area to lose fat. I wish I could though. You can tone it by working abs but to actually target the fat loss on the waist is impossible

Yeah, with those ingredients, I know I wouldn't like it. The water and bananas sound okay, but that's it.

All you need to know is abs are made in the kitchen. You can do 50,000 crunches a day, but if you aint doing the kitchen right you wont get abs.
 
Resistance training with added weights build up the belly of the abdominal muscles. Having a strict diet just makes the fat percentage go down so you can see them.

Being a lightweight kid with skinny kid abs is no where close to the accomplishment of being 180 lb+ guy with a visible 6 pack.
 
Genetics ONLY plays a role in whether you can achieve 6 abs or 8 abs.

Genetics has nothing to do about whether you can simply get abs.

Although Genetics will play a role in your metabolism build ( ex: mesomorph) it can easily be navigated around.

If you want to target the midsection I would suggest doing HIIT interval training 3 times a week or running any type of ab circuit with a 45 second wait time between sets.

While you are running an ab circuit make sure you are doing weight lifting proportionally for each body part, and doing the ab circuit every other day.

Cut your calorie intake by 400 calories to lose weight, preferably carbohydrate calories.

When you eat carbs, eat complex carbs throughout the day and then simple carbs right after your workout ( when your insulin levels are highest)

Piece of cake :) just kidding, stay away from cake.
