Assuming healthy of course. Last nights game pretty much proves how far away we are defensively. Lee and Church are the only guys who play nasty and hard like those Seattle guys. Makes you want to spend all our draft picks on defense.

Waaa

He cant even start for us

Seattle has a bunch of guys who play with a chip on their shoulder. The only players with any hint of nasty in their persona on our defense are Scandrick and Sims, Seattle's coaches would probably have Ernie looking like a probowler

After what Golden Tate did to him 2 years ago...and after hearing our players complain (retaliate) AFTER the game...NO ONE ON THIS TEAM could play for them...actually I take that back...Dez could...and Barry Church (because of his attitude) could

What about Bailey?

That's exactly what is going to happen..all our draft picks on defense.

And I'm guessing LBer is going to be high on Dallas priorities.

Including Lee's replacement.

I don't think he's the answer at MLBer.

In a 4-3..you must have a real tough guy who you can't knock out of games.

Lee is never going to be that.

He's an overachiever but not a rock to build on.

The Cowboys now know this.

Actually, Seattle wouldn't look at Claiborne twice in my opinion. Seattle likes their corners on the big side.

Sherman is 6, 3 195
Maxwell is 6, 1 207
Thurmond is 5, 11 190
Lane is 6,0 190

Claiborne is 5,11, 190

I assume that you're referring to defense only.

I'm pretty sure they are fudging on Sherman's height. He and Claiborne look pretty comparable, both are former WRs.

If Ware were 100% healthy there isn't a team in the league that he would not be able to play for. Health is an issue as it is with Lee. I would say that the Hatcher that started the season would see the field with that D as well.

If health wasn't in the equation Ware, Spencer, Hatcher, and Ratliff all could have started for them. Seattle has a bunch of good guys in a rotation but none are great players on their own.

my response is not based on ability...my response is based on attitude. Culture. They got tons of guys barely making any money...and they are playing like you did when you played for free in the backyard. Our cutlure is ruined. It really is. And it will remain that way as long as Jerry keeps the kind of coaches like Garrett around. I really hate that we did not get our hands on Jeff Fisher before his last year in Tennessee. The culture and attitude in St Louis is good and only getting better. When he gets the talent level up....that division will be downright scary. And much like Seattle....people will think the Rams came out of nowhere...but that will not be true. He is building it without a lot of media coverage. With the draft picks he has this year...if he hits on this draft....the Rams will be ready for primetime in a couple of years.

The Seahawks had 19 defenders in the green in ProFootballFocus' 2013 regular season rankings, and 3 in the red.

We had 5 in the green and 23 in the red.
