Twitter: Cowboys QB wonderlic scores

Kinda undercutting your point there: If they were smart, they wouldn't be downloading stuff off of iTunes in the first place.....

I'd love to hear your rationale for why smart people shouldn't be downloading music from Itunes...........

He didn't want to take it. So he wrote his name and blew off the rest. It's not like it was going to improve his draft status and he knew it. Every April this gets discussed.

Well, people are discussing Wonderlic scores in this thread. I bet Mo would have scored higher than every Cowboy in history.

If I put 500 Quincy Carters in a room randomly answering Wonderlic tests 24 hours per day, the heat death of the universe would arrive before that clown scored a 30.

What do "heat death" mean?

I believe that the world hierarchy should be based on each person's Wonderlic score.

There should be a minimum score for voting, driving and those types of privileges. Only people with a score over 40 could hold office, etc..

On message boards, only people with a similar or higher score could challenge someone's opinion.

I don't think the Kardashian's would do well in my new world order.

Quincy was no damn rocket scientist, that's for sure. I don't care what he scored on the test.

You can't tell me he was smarter than Troy.

the tests are meaningless in an overall sense, just like the SAT, LSAT, GMAT (except in my case of course, 98th percentile LSAT and 96th percentile GMAT)-we don't write the SAT up here.

Use collins me out?:D

None of the passing ability.

His accuracy was substandard, but he had the arm (no doubt) When he was in "gun slinger" mode, he was actually impressive (NYG with TD to AB) He was an enigma (smart and had the tools) but didn't take life seriously @ the point (unfortunately).

Have you seen example Wonderlic questions before? That test is a joke, I would not put much into Wonderlic results.

It's basic things you should be able to answer by the time you are a freshman in high school.

More like a 6th grader should be able to answer all of those without much issue. I assume something to do with the time clock and the pressure overall impacts their score, because that's some basic stuff. Particularly these days when one can be trained on such things.

I will never understand how Mo Claiborne scored a 4 on this test... A 4!
I heard that he, like many others, thought it was insulting and quit after a few questions.

I think (not sure) I heard that half way thru it, Marino walked out.

I hear that too and didn't want to bring out the tinfoil. Some dudes answer a few q;s and walk out. Show to their character (not necessarily their smarts, etc.) The test is pretty easy (admitted) but these guys don't NEED to know this stuff, etc. The only position I would take it into considration is with QB and OL considering the variables they have to pick up. In HS, the OL were always the brains. (Big Nerds) we called em, but it rang true. These guys are smart (generally).

At what point/year did players start studying for the Wonderlic? It wasnt always the case, so comparing scores between the pre-study and study eras is a bit flawed.

BTW, didnt Vince Young score like a 6?

that was Mo Claiborne with a 6!
