Twitter: Cowboys partner with Hublot Watches for a Dallas Cowboys watch

Seems fitting. I think the last time people actually wore wrist watches was about the last time the Cowboys won a championship. I'm guessing his next deal will be with the maker of the finest typewriters in the world.

Good point. With carrying your cell phone everywhere there is no need for a watch. And usually there are clocks most places you go in the world, except for airports. That has to be one of the great mysteries - why arent there any visible clocks in airports where "time" is of utmost importance? SMH every time I fly.

If I wanted some Cowboys swag on my wrist to tell time I might opt for the $26.99 time piece form Lids/Locker Romm:

Or the $39,99 one form *****:

Or, the Joy Jewelers $69.98 upgrade:

I wear a watch every day...

On a side, I have a couple of Citizen Eco-Drives and it always ticks me off that Eli is in their commercials lol

The airlines aren't going to have clocks to help the consumer. If the consumer misses a flight because of running late that is on them and they will have to pay more money.

There are no clocks in casinos, either.

No need to get the real thing anymore. There are people who deal with replicas in LA, (not cheap knockoff fakes for $20) but exact replicas that cost about $200 and unless your'e an expert, you would never know. Won't matter though, I saw a fashion article couple months ago saying kids hardly wear watches anymore because of cell phones.

Besides, the next big thing is going to be "smart watches" that will replace your smart phone and they say that market will dwarf the cell phone market in five years. (source - The financial investor site Motley Fool).

Glad I was able to offer valuable insight on the Cowboys in this post. You're welcome.
Great deal, but do they have to spell it HUBLOW?

An interesting thought - Murray and Dez are coming up on contract extensions. I don't think you would have players be a part of something like this without having them in your longterm plans.

Real men with complete style still wear wristwatches. Anybody who "just checks their phone" for the time is an amateur.

Style would be the only real good reason to wear a watch IMO. The only time I wear one is when I need to dress nicely. There is a certain status that goes with it, but its only recognized by those who understand it.

Agreed.

At that price, they cease to be 'watches' and become 'timepieces'. I got corrected by a guy I know who wears some fancy schmancy expensive WATCH. I'll stick to my $8 Casio from WalMart.
