Opinion: Offer Dez 5 years, 65 million - 32.5 guaranteed

This seems like a fair deal for both parties.

Gives Dez a big contract, and gives him a chance at another one before he retires.

Also gives the Cowboys the option to cut bait if he has too many off the field issues or doesn't perform.

Half guaranteed money with incentives for doubling his guaranteed money.

I think that the Cowboys want to limit the amount of guaranteed money. That is what is keeping Dez from being signed.
