***Cowboys vs Giants Post Game Thread****

Man that game started out ugly...more like UGLY. But while posting in the official game thread, I made the statement that we should never give up on the Cowboys....I swear as soon as I made that statement, the defense and offense came alive! Little scary there at the end, but to see Tony Romo and that offense (especially the play of the line) march down and score another TD, followed by a great defensive stand (Awesome job on that last play by McClain to prevent the first down, and for the refs to actually make a call that was clear), was something that true championship teams are able to do. Not preaching a superbowl, but this team has the makings of one. The Cowboys have proved time and time again that it's never over, even in the last couple of 8-8 seasons.

Romo played a heck of a game! The o-line played awesome! Demarco Murray was beast mode (quietly) as usual, and the defense while not pretty showed up when it needed to.
 
This was one of those games where coming out with a win no matter how it happened was all that matters. They had to overcome several things that didn't go their way and a WR who was in the zone. The win is all that matters in this one. I don't care how ugly it was. They lose that game by 14+ in recent years.

If this was last years defense the Giants wouldve never punted.. im just glad they adjusted and got some stops, 7 points in a half is not too bad
 
I was telling myself when the Cowboys last drive started that as long as we didn't turn the ball over they were not going to keep us out of the endzone.

Dallas came back from an 11 point deficit. That's heart plus that showed mental toughness.

If we make the playoffs (I feel we will) I have no issues being on the road due to Dallas current road record (5-0).

Good win.

Offense. Gooood but not confident

Why. ?


Tony stilluntrustworthy. At times.

Full disclosure.

He pisses me off so bad some times. Then he can make great plays.


I would rather consistency. Especially given the power of run game.

I know tony is better than anything else we have. and better than what many teams have.

But I think if he is a top 10 Qb he should be doing more with this team. I think he can only go as far as the other guys can take him
 
Happy we won. But our ol gave Romo all the time int he world. And still, the Giants without 3 of their top 4 cb's, did a greast job covering.

4 TDs, 150 rating, wins the game in 4th quarter and you are complaining about tony romo.
 
I don't know about the rest of you, but my body can't handle much more of this stress. I think it's making permanent damage too, hah

This was supposed to be a stress free, low expectation, 5-11 season going into it!

It's going to be like this the rest of the season. I just take it one game at a time. Like the players do.
 
Sportscenter right now is nauseating ...

Slobbering all over ODBs catch completely disregarding the result of the game.

Oh well, I guess I can't complain. I did say that I'd be fine with our win being overshadowed by that catch...
