Detroit hasn't scored a td in two games. There offense has struggled all year. Is it because of Lineahan(sp)? They were easily putting 30 up a game for the last few years and they upgraded their recievers with Tate. Did we get a steal here.

I think reggie bush has played -3 games this season.

I noticed they were struggling a bit on offense (though this may be their best team in a very long time) but for some reason never put two and two together. Thanks for bringing it up.
You may have a point.

We can not let these coordinators get away period.

Totally agree. I think the downfall of the team of the 90s was when we let our coordinators leave so easily.

There is no cap issue with signing them for big bucks. Therefore, its time for Jerry to take out his wallet and do the right thing.

They can be scary if they get their offense back on track. They've always had a good offense. Now they have the defense to go with it.

Not as it relates to winning games.

They'd always piled up a lot of yards (3rd and 6th the last two years, 21st this year in total yards), but total yards don't correlate to wins in the NFL.

From what I've seen of their defense I'm not overly impressed. Perhaps I'm missing something. If I had to pick if they make the playoffs right now I'd say no.

CJ hurt all year and Bush banged up most of the year doesn't help.....at all.

A little truth in that, although they still scored a lot of points before Bush got to town. He was just an added weapon.

I was hoping Linehan would go get the guy he kept around for three seasons as a backup/3rd stringer in Detroit, Kellen Moore.

The reports I have heard from Detroit say his team mates love him, thinks he is a good field general, and throws easy to catch balls.

His big downfall is lack of arm strength.

His big upside is that he speed reads defenses and is like having another coach on the sidelines.
