Major props to the home crowd!

Must of been loud because I had to shut off my surround sound because my ears were hurting. I must be getting old.

Bro my Bose system almost drove me out of the house... The crowd was amazing, it felt damn like as if I were at the game!!!!!

I'd never seen Romo go up to the line and ask the crowd to get softer!

I could see people in the stands covering their ears!

Best I've seen the home crowd since the TX Stadium days!!

I was at the game. I'm a former aggie and went to every home game there during college at Kyle field. This game was by far the loudest i've ever heard an event. Also side note: Detroit has the worst fanbase i've ever seen at a game. I've sat next to Steelers, 9ers, Philly, Giants fans. For a fanbase that have never seen a championship, they are quite arrogant and douchey. I can tell you that the sound meter was over 110 and it was giving Stafford fits.

I've experienced the same thing from Lions games. Why the hell are they cocky? Puhlease.

At one point, Barry Church covered his ears when the Cowboys were on defense. Hilarious and great to see. Maybe next season we will have a home field advantage to go along with our road warrior-ship.

I was there too. Loudest game I've been too for the Cowboys, like you said, Stafford was constantly having to cover his ears to hear the play.

Late in the game when the camera flashed to Romo and he was on the sideline the stadium erupted for the defense when he motioned for everyone to get louder.

It was ridiculous. There were only two Lions fans in my section and just as you described, really douchey for a team that has never won a Championship. Early in the game they kept shouting Tony Choko and I finally asked them did they realize that Matt Stafford was a #1 Overall Pick w/ZERO playoff wins and that Romo was UNDRAFTED and at least one one..lol

They didn't care, just another idiot fan base.

Here are some pics from the game.

I have been to about 80 percent of the games played at the new stadium (and was there tonight) and I can tell you first hand the noise in the stadium tonight was louder than any other game I have ever been to there and second place isn't even close!!

I thought I heard Buck say that they crowd wasn't an issue today or something like that. I could be wrong but I thought he said something like that. To me sitting at home the home crowd deserves major credit for how loud they were and at all the right times. Great home field advantage today guys

I was thinking that 110 on the decibel meter was really good and was curious how it compares to the record.

Eh, not really close. 142.2 is the record held by fans at Arrowhead. Makes that record seem all the more insane.

It was during a lull, but it was weird that it was one of the only comments he made on crowd noise.

I was near there, section 313, 1st row, 20 yard line......

The seats were amazing. I know they were 300s but 300s feels more like the 200s b/c you're below the graphics and suites that go around the stadium.

I was there in section 410 and I can say we got loud in the 3rd and fourth. I did my best leading the charge with the fans around me pumping them up. I seen the decibel meter make it to 110 on the big screen. I'm curious to how the crowd appeared on TV, I know I can't talk or hear today!

they were very loud!!!

probably the loudest i've heard from that new stadium.

so glad fox does not filter noise like cbs.

it was like seattle out there.

Have a great surround system to listen to while watching game, and it was like being there, and at times they were loud enough to affect the broadcasters sound , not that I mined Joe Buck being drowned out....

Well done Home crowd....

You and the others represented us well. A sea of white, and a 12th and 13th man when needed....

Well done.

it was plus 100 in the 4th quarter. 107 plus at the tops...

I saw 110+ decibels at least twice on the overhead in the late 4th. The crowd was into it and I was proud to be there. I was hoarse by the end of the 1st quarter...

Watch replay of the game. When Demarcus Lawrence recovered that fumble, I never heard a Dallas crowd as loud.
