It wasn't a good throw, but the play call was so much worse.

The Seattle OC most likely was trying to outsmart The Pats D figuring that the Pats were thinking that they were going to run the ball so they tried for the pass. Sometimes coaches try to get too cute in order to outsmart the other team when the Simple, Common Sense play like running the ball on short yardage situations will work just fine.

Maybe for Spygate (well, they didn't win in that year anyway), but for "Deflate"gate. Who cares?

For sure. There's no evidence to suggest that the Patriots had any advantage from deflating football.

Haven't seen a slow motion replay of it but did anyone else think the spot was a little off on the prior play? I thought Lynch was about half a yard closer which might have changed the call.

he was down at the one yard line....he just ran five yard to get you there and then you pass it...that's something Garrett would call

Performing at halftime for the TJC Band when the Cowboys beat the Broncos in SB 12 will always be my favorite SB.

Thanks to the haters over the past couple of weeks - some impersonating drunk Eagles fans, this is my most enjoyable SB after that. The Patriots continue to be their Daddy and now they are the champs!

They could probably win another one, honestly.

Or two. I think he's going to definitely try to win a fifth. I said back when he won his second one he'd leave the game with at least five Super Bowl rings.

It says a lot about the Superbowl that 10 is the largest deficit overcome in the game.

Honestly why I didn't want them to win. They are greasiest team on planet. After the GB win I couldn't stand them. Then that catch. And people may think I'm an *** but Wilson bugs me. I feel like 90% of his throws are P for K jump balls..hope and pray. Really just not a fan. Great D but overrated on O!

As for play call, go read option if werent going straight run
