Can't believe Carl Davis, DT, Iowa is still on the board late in the 2nd round

Yes please.

The DE from UCLA would fit ok too, but Davis is hard to pass up here

What happened to "Dallas won't take a 1 technique in the first round"?

I think the Cowboys won't give a 1st round grade to a 1 technique. However, there may not be a player with a 1st round grade at 27. I could see the Cowboys having a high 2nd round grade on Brown, especially if he could also play some 3 technique. If so, he would be an option at 27.

Saints select.....Cedric Ogbuehi OT Texas A&M

They could go a hundred different ways. But think Shelton will be the pick on draft day....but for now Cedric Ogbuehi OT Texas A&M = BPA

He can't play in 2015 due to injury. I'm not certain that he would go #13 if completely healthy.

Says you and you only....you're entitled to your opinion, but I promise you that youre very alone in thinking that Shaq Thompson isn't the best 4-3 LB in this draft. He's pretty much universally a top 20 player in this draft.

I'd vote for Malcom Brown for the Cowboys.

It might be interesting to do a version where the pick is the 1st player that gets 2 votes; otherwise, it's pretty much a Floaty mock draft.

Anytime we do one of these site user mocks there are always picks that make me go what?. That's not happening.

But then I remember the actual draft never goes according to any form I may have in my head. There are always curveballs and those against the grain decisions shake up the rest of the draft.

Cmon. I'm speaking to diehards here. How many times have you sat there at the top of the 3rd or 4th round surprised at what was still left and who already went? Like every year?

That's why I love to do these vs. doing a mock of my own.

Everybody was welcome to join in.

I'd have no problem with the two votes idea. I just wouldn't want it to slow it down too much. Especially when you get to the 2nd and 3rd rounds where people are less likely to agree with each other on the pick. You could have 7 or 8 votes all of different players.

Just for completion sake, I'll give New England
Cody Prewitt, FS, Miss

I guess DT Xavier Williams or OG Tre Jackson, could be an options too.
They need help at all three spots

Obviously love the Shaq pick. Davis would be okay but double O from UCLA would have more impact IMO.

Thrilled with two defensive starters.

Agree.....

these are great. Learn something everytime I do one of these.

Example...Devin Smith to the Panthers. Absolutely nailed that pick.

And seeing tendencies....like LBers falling. Not sure if that's gonna happen come April
