If you are being honest there always shocker 1st round picks, especially in regards to pre-Combine mocks.
2011...Christian Ponder going 12th
2012 ..Bruce Irvin going 15th
2013..D.J. Hayden going 12th (I was in 2 seven-round user mocks where Hayden went undrafted)
2014..Ja'Wuan James going 19th

There's also guys we (internet mockers) think are surefire 1st rounders in February that will drop.

I'd have no problem with the two votes idea. I just wouldn't want it to slow it down too much. Especially when you get to the 2nd and 3rd rounds where people are less likely to agree with each other on the pick. You could have 7 or 8 votes all of different players.

Yes, I was thinking of just for the 1st round. It would probably work better around the combine when more people are in the Draft Forum.
