I'm a HUGE X-files nut and the new 6-episode reboot PREMIERS after the NFC Championship game on FOX!!! I will NOT be able to focus on this show that I love so much if we lose. And if we're not in it at all, I'll be very sad anyway... we have to be there and win.

I'd say you're between a rock and a hard place. If the Cowboys were to be in it and lose, you said you wouldn't be able to focus on the show and I can understand that. Well, if they're in it and they win, I don't see how you could focus. Me, I'd be on the computer, have NFL Network on, and be trying to devour every highlight/tidbit that's out there. They could be airing "Debbie Does Dallas" after the game and it wouldn't matter to me.

I just started Season 2 and I am loving the show so far. I think we are on episode 4 now. Here's an example of how slow I watch shows: Fell in love with Game of Thrones the second it premiered- I'm a quarter through with Season 3 as of today.
I am watching 6 or 7 episodes of X-Files to every one of GoT. Any idea when would be a good time to watch Fight the Future in relation to the Seasons?

This show totally rocks. Love the sexual tension between Scully and Mulder (got a full-sized medical skeleton for my girl and she named it Skullder) and you can feel it will frustratingly not come to fruition (which I love) and the mix of storyline with the inner-conspiracies being mixed in with the individual investigations of crazy **** is just great. Just great. Loving this show. Thinking about writing some television screenplays because of this show...

Hmmm...

The MSR (Mulder Scully Relationship) is the heart of the show. You'll see what happens eventually but MILAGRO Season 6 is my favorite episode. So remember that one.
