Predict Beasleys season Stats

If he catches more than 50 balls that means we're throwing the ball way too much or Dez got hurt. We want him around 40 catches 500 yards 6 TD. A 3rd down chain moving machine. But definitely a secondary option.

2009 - 1348 yards
2010 - 848 yards
2011 - 1569 yards

2014 - 464 yards

Julian Edelman stats
2009 - 459 yards
2010 - 86 yards
2011 - 34 yards
2012 - 235 yards
2013 - 1056 yards
2014 - 972 yards

Cole Beasley stats
2012 - 128 yards
2013 - 368 yards
2014 - 420 yards

Beasley should get minimum 100 targets next year.

Tom Brady and Peyton Manning. Pass happy teams unlike Dallas. They never had to compete with Dez Bryant and Jason Witten for targets. That's not a realistic expectation. At all.

I think he just takes some catches away from Murray and even Witten.

This guy might be the best slot receiver in the NFL. I think he will have 800 or so yards, probably north of 70 catches, 7 TDs.

I think Williams will be the one getting less opportunity, just a hunch. Also I can see Witten getting less open than before.

Well you gotta think... Dez and Terrence will be downfield most of the time because Garrett doesn't like to find easy ways to get the ball in their hands.

So by default there will have to be a lot of checkdowns.. Witten will be in the game more so he will of course get more looks but Beasley could eat up a ton of targets.

Beasley was the guy we used to finally start exposing these defenses that want to all out blitz us and press our outside WR's.

Plus, the guy is just not guardable in any kind of space.

I know he is 5 foot nothing but I actually think he can be a bigtime Redzone threat and we could see him score a lot of TD's.

Demaryius Thomas and Randy Moss? Gronkowski and Hernandez?

Dallas has a history of being pass happy, just weren't last year.

I do think he is very much Welker like but I also agree he will not be used like a Welker in this offense. I think Dallas will use Beasley more this season than they have to this point but I think Dallas will continue to run and look to Dez and the TE the majority of the time

Actually, this may be the heralding of a change in the guard. Witten will still get his touches, but Beasley's quicks are well beyond what Witten is capable of at this point in his career. I honestly think Beasley will become a feature underneath player like Witten use to be...only with his speed, he has a much better chance of taking it to the house.

You could be right, I think Witten being the big target he is and Romo comfort level with him should still lead him to look to Witten pretty often. I think you make a valid point and I do think Beasley role does increase.

If I were Dallas i'd runit and throw to Beasley every play until the defense decided they better stop it and then get man coverage on Dez & T.Will.

Actually i'd just find ways to get the ball in Dez's hands more but above is what I think is more realistic in a Garrett offense.

40 catches puts him at 2 1/2 catches per came, just dont see that happening. He gets 3 catches per game by accident.

8 broken ankles.

9 jock-straps twisted.

4 cases of whiplash.

32 Frustrated arms in air.

28 WTH's?

1 Fake hammy injury.

This is just against the Giants............. ;)

I would use him a whole lot more more if we have Lucky whitehead in the team who is also super quick and gets a lot of separation in the slot.

70 catches, 800 yards, 7 TDs.

Fewer rushing attempts will benefit Beasley, but there are still so many options for spreading the ball around.

I'm feeling about 55-60 receptions, 700 yds, 6 TDs and 1 concussion.

45 for 500. We dont feature the slot WR enough for him to get Welker/Elderman #'s. Its just not our offense
