Hey guys. So I have been racking my brain as to what I should write about next, and i figured, why not ask what the people on this board would like to read about. All ideas welcomed.

If you are going to write it after the 53 man roster is set, I would consider writing about the 2015 draft picks and who made the roster and who is expected to contribute as rookies.

Keep in mind that I am a big time draftnik and I never get tired of reading about Dallas draft picks... particularly when they're like Gregory, Wilson, and Collins and were steals for where they were drafted.

You could maybe touch on how it appears like Dallas has, for the second year in a row, hit on a little known 4th round linebacker from the Big ten. Wilson is looking like a really good player.

Maybe touch on the versatility of the players Dallas has picked. Byron Jones can play outside CB, slot CB or safety. Damien Wilson can play all 3 LB spots. Collins could play tackle or guard.

If Whitehead makes the 53, you could maybe talk about how Dallas has yet another UDFA who is a good player added to Cole Beasley, Romo, Leary, and even technically Collins if you want to count him.

Anyway, that is just a few ideas and really, you can't go wrong talking about rookies/draft picks.

My advice would be to figure out what excites you about this team and go in that direction. Find something that you get so excited about that you want to tell everyone about and then... start typing and tell us.

Back up tight ends and the Cowboys obsession with getting them in the second round.

Trade up and trade downs, which has worked out better for Dallas over the last decade.

The versatility of so many of the defensive linemen. How Marinelli loves 100% effort and so loves to use a rotation. How the versatility of guys like Hardy, Gardner, Mincey, Crawford, etc. enable Marinelli to mix and match on the DL and isolate match-ups that he likes along the line of scrimmage. How everyone can stay fresh and how Hardy can play the run at DE and then move inside on passing downs and bring in a fresh Gregory.

Once you see the rookies that make the team you could write on how since 2010 Dallas has been among the very best drafting teams in the NFL... and they likely are the best.

Or write on the youth of the roster since Garrett took over and how the roster has evolved since 2010.

The all time "let them get away" squad, Amendola, Jimmy Smith, Brock Marion, Murray?

It's called writers block. It happens to all. Yea, I'm a writer. A former "professional" that made enough to live on Chef Boyardee for weeks at a time. I didn't settle for ramen. Never settle for ramen. If you run out of ideas do a flashback to a Cowboys legend, like Lilly or Renfro. When you can't get a live one, focus on dead former greats like Hayes, Merideth, or Martin. Those are your options when you run out of ideas.

You could write about how the versatile defenders that populate Marinelli's group can be a big benefit against their main division rival right now, Philadelphia. With Chip Kelly's up-tempo offense trying to wear defenses out, having numerous players that can play different positions on the line, at LB and in the secondary can help keep everyone fresh.

If any defense is built to deal with Philly's fast paced offense, it would be Marinelli's defense.

Hardy and Lawrence at end and is getting worn out? No problem, just bring in a fresh Gregory and Mincey as the ends.

Crawford getting tired at the 3-tech? Just move Hardy over there and bring in Gregory. Or bring in Coleman and let Hardy get a breather.

This defense will match up well with that Philly offense and IMO, that is no accident.

Man, I would absolutely love to be able to write for a living. That must be awesome.
