Ware is also in a 3-4 now which suits him better and playing with an All Pro in Von Miller.

Yes we have Gregory and Hardy now, but nobody couldn't anticipated Ware revitalizing his career like he has.

it was frankly criminal that the boys could not find another OLB to take the load off of Ware. They kept hoping for Spencer but except for the last part of 2009 and his contract year he never was all that. So we played Deware too many plays a game during the season and he was wore out and worn down by the end of the year. And then certain gomers would scream about him disappearing. Sometimes I really despise some of our 'fans'.

The continued reliance on Spencer was damaging. Both on the field and financially.

It was almost like they were pretending he was an elite player and thought that if they kept paying him, he would suddenly turn into that.
