The hit he put Beckham was the defensive play of the game and by far Wilcox's best play of his career. It effectively took #13 out of the game as it put the fear of God in not only him but the rest of the Giants WR's. Don't think the Eagles WR's haven't seen that hit either. That was a message sending hit and I hope he got a game ball for it. On the offensive side there's no doubt the clutch TD game winning throw from Romo to Witten was the play of the game.

I think the rest of his catches were near the sideline? I don't think he went down the middle anymore after that hit. I could be wrong. I hope JJ continues to improve.

And he broke his nose doing it.
And he never left the field.
And he was PROUD of it.
And proceeded to play the best game he has ever played as a Cowboy.

This guy has a place at my table.

Any vid//gif? Missed the hit and haven't been able to track one down.

And you know what? They can break it down frame by frame and all that BS, but in realtime that's a catch and a fumble. Should have been Cowboys ball. I'm not interested in all of this, 'he didn't quite secure it, but if he had taken another quarter of a step...'

They called it incomplete because we recovered it. Then on the 2nd challenge by Garrett there was a similar play but the ball went out of bounds - and was ruled a catch at first. Funny how that worked out.

The rules these days on what is or isn't a catch is clear as mud.

Have to admit, I was one of those calling for his sooner-than-later replacement but I like that play out of my safety and have been waiting for that since Woody left or possibly the early days of RWilliams. If he continues to show that toughness, I wan't him on the team just for that. Any extra ball awareness is gravy.

Sure it is:
Our WR catches the ball but loses it after a 1st down or TD but ball goes out of bounds... incomplete
Our WR bobbles the ball and they recover.... complete
Their WR catches the ball but loses it after a 1st down or TD and we get the ball ... incomplete
Their WR catches the ball but loses it after a 1st down or TD and ball goes out of bounds .... complete

See... that's not so hard :D

That was a fumble. Remind me when a close call goes our way.

The official who called it incomplete was not in position to make the call. No way he saw it from where he was.

Wilcox nearly knocked that blonde mop offa Beckham's head, didn't he? (lol)

I've got a hunch he was seeing stars & all kinds of pretty geometric designs.

Well I am interested in all that because right now that's the dumb way the NFL "defines" a catch. But after looking many times myself sure looks like a catch to me. Think that is a bad call.

Watch him get up. He appears confused. Lol

Didn't see any concussion evaluation on the sidelines.

If truth be told, he probably was impaired for the rest of the game, and shouldn't have been allowed to go back in.

Lol yup!

It was a great hit.
It wasn't too early.
It wasn't too high.
It wasn't to low.
It wasn't spearing.

He wasn't a defenseless receiver.

There was no way in the world that it would have been a flag. I love it!

If you guys think that was a catch then you're all the biggest homers I've ever seen. Sure it was a great hit and made me jump out of my seat when it happened , but clearly he never had possession of it.
