On the bright side , we're still in 1st place by 1.5 games. And we are 2-0 in the division. We have some reinforcements coming back soon. We might play the saints without Brees next week. If we can win that game we're in good shape. Let's hope we meet Atlanta in the playoffs again with good health and beat their socks off.

We are in first place, but our defense just got scorched.....

Yea that loss too a lot of air out of my excitement though. Not that we lost but a classic example of "how" we lost

We're 3 games in, 1st place is meaningless right now until Romo gets back.

If we can stay in first place until Romo gets back it will indeed be meaningful. Can we do it? Today is quite discouraging. We need to stay afloat until Romo gets back. If we fall several games behind, we can't expect him to be a magician then blame him when he doesn't achieve the impossible.

Having a 1 game lead with 6 more games to go without our quarterback is not exactly comforting news

I don't expect the Cowboys to be in 1st place when Romo gets back and I never did. The Weeden/Williams duo doesn't excite me at all. Just gotta hope the rest of the division falls apart.

It's ok to take solace in something that may not be here next week. So soak it in, instead of drowning it.

In this division where there is no clear cut team that is going to take charge it's comfort for me. Each week we are at or near the top this division is something I'll take comfort in.

Why should I? I'm not going to trick myself into believing we're in a good position when we're not.

Dallas is up a game in the division and is going up against a winless Saints team likely without Drew Brees. I'd say we're stilt in a good position. Dez should be back after the Giants game and Gregory, Hardy, McClain, and Mincey will all be back as well.

Giants play at Buffalo, expect them to lose. Giants would be 1-3. Eagles and Skins play so one of them is falling to 1-3 and the other to 2-2. Let's hope we win.

How about Romo?

Already looking at Week 4.

Cowboys at Saints (with maybe no Brees)

Eagles at Commanders (both 1-2)

Giants at Bills

Decent chance that we win and the Giants lose.
