Is a judge going to rule on the process as it relates to Randle?

For the folks not reading the article link in the tweet. This goes back to the incident with his girlfriend, as well as the underwear incident.

it's pretty sad if your biggest contribution to the NFL is that you are known for is an "Underwear Incident".

Which has NOTHING to do with what I said in this thread.

Orly?

You protect Randle and call out "agenda". Seems pretty clear to me that you're in pure protection of the avg silver spoon fed rb mode.

Are you really this dense?

I did not protect Randle. I said it's okay to criticize the league too. It's not hard at all to understand. Really, it's Kindergarten stuff.

The NFL in this situation reminds me of the vengeful girlfriend who spitefully threatens to act on past, unrelated (and previously assumed as resolved) incidents from like a year ago during a fight taking place in the present.

Well, I think this will put him in a support role or off the team at some point. You can't have your starting RB one incident away from a long suspension. You still have 3 backs on the team. Unfortunately I don't think anyone will even give you a seventh rounder for this guy with the off the field issue he has had and no real special performances on film. I think McFadden secured his role when he made the 2 or 3 runs for 2 or 3 yards straight into the line. Randle would never have put his head down and just drove. That is what he had not shown all year.

Bad timing for Randle, he's already in the doghouse at Valley Ranch and now his past catches up with him. I do have an issue with the league taking it's sweet time in investigating the issues, but that is not a knock on the legitimacy of the allegations.

No big story here. Having said that, he needs his old role back as the change of pace back.

various quick thoughts.
Ian Rapoport is a tool of the highest order and why other local media get sucked in is beyond me.

So Randle left VR yesterday mad about the suspension coming this late when he was starting in a contract year... not being benched.

Randle's biggest problem is that there probably isn't a player in the locker room that cares.

There is nothing notable about this guy. He's a reasonable NFL running back that is easily replaced. With the other issues.....bye.

Why now? The NFL sure is slow with its investigations. They can say they were doing their due diligence, but the timing is suspicious.

Also, I wonder if Randle already knew this when he "disappeared" yesterday.

I agree, I will be waiting for an announcement on disciplinary action this season for the Skin's Junior Galette actions - Arrested for simple battery and assault in a domestic violence incident in Jan 2015 and video of him swinging a belt at a woman at a beach in June 2015. If there is no action against Galette, I will surely question the NFL office's intent with Dallas.

I hope Randle can see the writing on the wall. If he makes it through the season, it will in all likelihood be his last season with the team. Not sure if DMC/CM/Dunbar are the answer going forward. If they aren't, it will include a new draft pick and/or FA next offseason.

So true. I should of been a reporter for ESPN lol. it seems you can just throw so much bs out there and still keep your job. its like being a weather man. you get the weather wrong you still have a job. Ian is just a joke with no sources.
