DC.com Writers Must Have Been told to Stay Quiet

twitter losers are posting lists of our sponsors, saying don't use them until we release Hardy etc. I responded to one said loser, @keithlaw and asked if he doesn't use Minnesota Vikings' sponsors too and he just blocked me.

I hate to say it and sound so crass, but the longer the organization stays quiet, the quicker it goes away.

This was pretty much the last threshold for this, unless Holder comes out and makes a statement against Hardy or something-- which seems unlikely.

Again, I don't want to sound like I don't care about DV or the issue at hand, but from a PR perspective, this story will be dead in two weeks unless we add fuel to the fire.
I wouldn't be the least surprised if Holder surfaces at some point in this era of reality television/tell all society. The only question is when.

I haven't wanted a win this badly in awhile. It's us against the world.

The haters' REAL issue is that we're America's Team, 5-time Super Bowl Champs, and the most valuable/relevant sports franchise IN THE WORLD.

There wasn't one bit of outrage directed at the Steelers when they welcomed Roethlisberger back after his suspension for allegedly raping women. But America's Team has been a target from the moment we signed Hardy... and he wasn't even on the team when his incident occurred.

Here's hoping Hardy gets 3 sacks and we smash Philly by 20.

We haven't won anything in 20 years dude. You're delusional.

As a former newspaper reporter who now works in corporate public relations, I absolutely believe they were told not to mention anything about it.

We haven't won anything in 20 years dude. You're delusional.

And yet, we're the most valuable franchise in the world.

We get the highest TV ratings.

We have the most fans AND the most haters.

You're not just delusional if you don't think we're the most relevant team in football. You're willfully ignorant.

Anyone saying the DC.com guys are just cheerleaders for the team didn't hear Broaddus asking for Garrett to get fired after the last 8-8 season. These guys write and say pretty much whatever they want, but in this situation, it's not smart for them to say anything. Leave that to the PR people

Criticizing Garrett is a little bit different than criticizing the organization. Now if one of those guys called for Jerry to fire himself, then that would have a bigger impact showing them to have Carte Blanche to say anything.

The week of the game against his former team would be my guess.

I've been listening to Cowboys Break and Talkin Cowboys for a few years now, obviously there's been less to complain about lately, but they do get on him sometimes about draft picks (Gavin Escobar). Though that's more aimed towards the FO in general, including scouts and McClay.

Obviously they're not going to say Jerry shouldn't be the GM, but they're not restricted in what they're allowed to say in general, I think. Atleast I've never gotten that feeling

The cowboys yes, jerry jones is too delusional to even know what humiliation means

Your right about Jerry Jones not having any humiliation.....but the man does know business....I think he has the PR teams pumping out articles left and right about anything and everything except Greg Hardy....get the fans and media focused on something else, change the topic.... even if it is about poor coaching and train wrecks in Dallas......

PR 101...

Exactly right - and why we're at it--

Let's take sponsors away from Steelers for Roethlisberger.
Let's take sponsors away from Bengals & Cardinals
Let's take sponsors away from Saints and Packers for Sharper.

How far you wanna go with this.

BW - anybody see that a campaign was starter by Howard Erskin's son in Philly to raise money to build a domestic violence shelter to be built in Dallas?

Talk about a punk *** disingenuous move that takes advantage of the whole thing. And the scary part is they think it somehow makes them look good.

Is she going to respond to the coke allegations if she she does appear?

He should use that money to build a clubhouse for KKKooper and his klan friends.
